I don’t leave a lot of reviews but the way who ever answered the phone tonight, 11/1/2025, was extremely rude. I accidentally ordered to the wrong wingstop. All i ordered were 2 drinks and some ranch. So I asked to cancel it and if I was going to get a refund. The response, “no” and then she hangs up on me. I called 3 more times and got ignored. Teach your employees about customer service. I’m fine without the refund but the way she handled it was not the way.

There were about 3 managers when we came, our food was freezing and we ordered it 5 minutes before we got there. the fries had no sauce on them, and they gave us the wrong order of wings. I hate how wingstop is always a hit or miss 🙁

I just got back from picking up my order, I ordered a large cheese sauce and it’s barely halfway full ! This wing stop is SO hit or miss! The only times I’ve gone and it’s good is when the GM Robert is there, otherwise it’s like they don’t care. You want to fill it up halfway but charge me full price ?! Large fries look more like regular fries too

We ordered a 50-piece, expecting the wings to be good and flavorful – ordered garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, and Cowboy lemon hot. The wings were very bland and full of oil. It seems as though they just dumped them into the containers from the fryer and put a little seasoning. They initially forgot the chicken sandwich I ordered so I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes on it. I’ve had better from other Wingstops. We won’t be visiting again.

I came in with my family to get some dinner I had ordered like I always do in any other wing stop. Soon after I finished ordering they told me it would take 30 to 50 min with my order. Time passed and the employees seem to be distracted talking to a friend im assuming not paying attention to the orders they had people waiting for them in the front as well maybe if they would have been more worried about the order I wouldn’t have received my food cold.My wings looked horrible as if they only placed the chicken & poured the sauce on top (extra extra almost flooding with sauce).The fries tasted overcooked and salty. I wouldn’t have cared if my food was hot but this is unacceptable. They need better working ethics , customer service & clearly training.Not even worth paying for. Coming from someone who’s worked in fast food before, this is very disappointing.If they keep that up they will definitely loose customers.

Two consecutive trips I’ve ordered, get it home, and we are missing fries. Everytime we order multiple combos we get a single fry. Maybe if they were less interested in making fun of my name and more interested in checking the order I would get my food.

There was a homeless man sitting outside. The employees were really loudly complaining about it letting everyone in the restaurant know it was a huge problem, me and my mom bought him a water and the guy working there got mad and made really loud complaints about how we bought him a water (mind you it was 102 outside today) also nobody was wearing gloves.

I ordered 10 boneless wings and they took over 40 minutes. I asked 20 minutes in and they just said “it’s coming”. This is by far the worst wing stop I have been too, I don’t ever leave reviews but I definitely felt they needed one.

Even though they were extremely busy and short 3 employees the shift lead made sure to keep everyone up to date on our orders. She continued to apologize for the long wait. My food was fresh and delicious thank you guys for the hard work!!
