We got 5 tacos and tried one of each meat they still had, fish tacos, picadillo fries, and I believe it was guava juice. All of it was delicious, especially the guava drink! She was so friendly and warm too

My girlfriend bought a chicken burrito a few days ago. It had multiple quarter sized bones inside of it. It was disgusting and also poses a huge choking hazard. We called immediately but they were closed. Left a voice mail and also called the next morning. The worker that answered said the owner has not been in and they can’t do anything. They did not even apologize. Called them everyday for the last 5 days and keep getting no responses. My gf Went in person and the worker was rude and continued to say that when the owner is in, They MAY call you back. ?????? So unprofessional and all the other negative reviews on flakiness and lack of accountability definitely add up. 0/5 ⭐️

Very fast and friendly service. I got two taco plates with pollo and man these street style tacos are delicious. I already hoovered two before I could snap a pic to add to the review. I’ll be back at No Boat next time they’re here!

An authentic Mexican food truck packed with flavorful options. A great place to grab tacos, sopes, and other crunchy bites. You’ll need to grab and go, or chow down in your car, because seating is very much nonexistent.

The absolute best in Washington, I was very sad to see them leave the old spot across the street a few years ago but so excited to have rediscovered them next to safeway. If you haven’t tried these yet you must and if you remember how amazing they were before moving they are just as amazing!

This unassuming food truck was a delightful find! The fish tacos were amazing and better than some meals at traditional restaurants. The fish was cooked to perfection, light with a rich blend of flavors. It was a very generously sized meaI worth the price. I will be seeking them out in the future. I also appreciated that they were at the Redmond Pride festival ❤️

I love food trucks that do it all right with a simple menu. Everything we had here was delicious.
This is a food truck, so decor, service, and cleanliness aren’t really big issues. So nearly all of the score rests on their superb food. That said, the stools could use replacing but the picnic tables were sturdy and clean, and service was friendly.
The food itself is top notch for a full service restaurant, much less a taco truck. The asada meat wasn’t cheap ground beef, the adobada was juicy and tangy, the pollo was cooked but not dry, and the fish was lightly fried/seared and perfectly flakey.
Fair warning if you get the torta Cubana, it’s enough food for two normal people. That thing is massive – but delicious.

Tasty food, pretty fast service, friendly staff. It’s a good deal if you’re looking for a street taco fix. The chicken is a bit bland so I recommend beef or adobado. Their salsa is good too and has a real kick, no fake spiciness here.
UPDATE
Haven’t been here in years but dropped by and it was better than I remember. We happened to come on taco night – 5 tacos for $10! You’re not going to find a better deal than that. Simple and delicious. The asada and carnitas were cooked perfectly. Beef was flavorful and the pork was tender and so tasty. Also got an asada burrito. Ton of filling, it was delicious. Salsa still has a great kick. Friendly owners and cooked to order. Highly recommend.

Servers were great, fast service, but the burritos were all bland (chicken, al pastor, asada) and tasted the same. The hot sauce wasn’t. $70 for 4 mediocre burritos- not going back.
