Went from one extreme to another with new management. Logan needs training in customer relations. Been playing here since they opened, scheduling has always been an issue that should not be that hard to figure out. Use chat Gpt it’ll do it in 5 minutes. Food is standard bar fair was good in the beginning but has gone down hill. Bar staff has always been attentive and quick. Biggest issue right now is management not engaging properly with customers to make them want to come back

The volleyball league experience here for Miami Valley locals is top notch. This facility has 9 indoor sand courts and 9 or so outdoor courts. A full service bar, a kitchen that serves hot & fresh food. Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of restrooms available. We are lucky to have Miami Valley Sand in the area.

New management is introducing some much needed change, such as leagues running on time (no late matches starting later than they need to). No unsupervised kids running around what is basically a bar with a ton of volleyball courts. Can’t wait to see what other improvements happen in the coming months.

I can’t tell you how cool this place is, these guys really have it going on,, Bruce is a super relatable bar tender and everyone on staff does a dynamite job,, not to mention DOG FRIENDLY! Man these guys are a very happy addition to West Carrollton, They seem to be doing outstanding business, the place is packed every time it’s open, the food is good and not to pricey and the FAMILY atmosphere is off the charts, everywhere you look you see smiling happy faces of all ages having a great time ,Not to mention the actual board walk beach vibe complete with showers to rinse off sand before returning to the fully stocked bar with a very friendly staff eager to serve.

Such a bummer how quickly new management can destroy a place. Fortunately for them, they don’t have any competition in the area. But based on anyone I’ve spoken to in my league, even without having an alternate place to go to, it is becoming harder and harder to continue to stay. The prices keep increasing yet there has been no improvement to a timely schedule. Logan got a microphone and now he thinks he’s a badass and can treat loyal patrons like junk.
The roof is falling apart, new management needs to take some courses asap, and after over 4 years of scheduling issues…there are still scheduling issues.

This place is huge. Really cool place for food, volley ball and hanging out. We came to watch some friends play and had a great time just hanging out. Great service with drinks and everyone we talked to was friendly. Really good vibe here.

Great indoor Sand Volleyball place with many courts inside and outdoor. Our son has enjoyed playing there with his team against others, and luckily won a few tournaments so far. Foods are good enough, especially the chicken wings, and the service both from the kitchen and the bars are outstanding. The GM is awesome for sure! Parking are plenty and restrooms with many and clean! It is a great place for both players and the audience! Will be back soon. Thanks

Came with a big group of people to play. We all paid the entry fee, but they kicked us out early saying we weren’t making them enough money because we weren’t buying drinks. We paid to use the courts, not to drink.. The courts were fine, but i’m not coming back.

I have been playing at MVS for about a year now and yesterday I enjoyed a monst Ina lifetime Solar Eclipse while laying on the sand 🙂 MVS opened yearly so people could come out enjoy that nice weather and enjoy the solar eclipse:)
