From out of town and was just looking for an open coffee stand and decided to try this stand and the gal that was working this afternoon around 3:00 3/8/26 was not very friendly. At first I thought maybe it was just me and I asked my friend if I was being overdramatic about the service but then she continued to be rude as if she was mad we ordered drinks at a coffee stand lol. I still left a tip and she took the clipboard and just didn’t say anything not have a good day not a thank you just acted as if we didn’t exist and made us driving away seem so awkward. Overall she absolutely had a problem with something and she had no problem letting us know that. The coffee was okay service made me never want to go back.

My kids and I recently moved from a much bigger city. They love being able to walk to 165brew and order drinks. It makes them feel independent and I feel safe sending them. They’re always treated with respect and love whatever they’re ordering! 10/10

I have been going here for a while now and finally decided to try out their food options. I had a ham and cheese scone. It looked fine until I ate it, it tasted like it was moldy. Later that night i was throwing up and got food poisoning. Although the food was terrible, the drinks are amazing. The employees are also very nice and friendly.

As someone who goes to a lot of drive through coffe places when I travel this place has the most consistently good tasting coffee of any place I’ve been too. I recomend their mocha in particular which comes with a couple choclate covered coffee beans. Their lotus drinks are very good as well!

We moved from the west side of the mountains and 165 makes the best coffee in Whitman County. Tried many places in Pullman and surrounding areas but nothing measures up quite as well. Priced very well with some very fun daily specials. They also have great customer service. We were double charged once and the owner got ahold of us ASAP and offered a refund. They’re the only place around we trust for our caffeine needs.

Ordered a hot green tea 2/20/24 around 2pm. I was given a Styrofoam cup with scalding hot water filled to the very top, a cold beverage lid that has a straw hole in the center, and a straw. I had to pull over to slowly and carefully pour out some of the hot water without burning my hands, and I had to remove the lid every time I drank the tea. Someone either doesn’t know hot tea is not to be enjoyed like a soda beverage through a straw or they’re just having a bad day. To the owner of this coffee place, that’s a lawsuit waiting to happen; maybe a refresher course is needed on what cup goes with what and so forth.
