We had a less than admirable experience today. In fact it was bad & our request was ignored. It appears the SUBWAY receipt surveys keeps the stores honest. Problem #1 we requested but did not receive cucumbers & cheese. Both were verified. Problem #2 on our second sandwich we requested the sandwich be double toasted, it was not at all, but it was verified. I guess the lady figured because we used their drive through they could treat their customers dishonorably. It really makes me feel bad that the big smile at the window wasn’t worth a damn given the poor quality, disrespect & lack of quality control.

BEWARE! They charged me for the wrong sub, which cost me $1.50 more than what I ordered and received. They put the receipt in the bag rather than handing it to me. I wonder if this was intentional to cover their overcharge. Now there is a trust, honesty, and integrity issue.

Definitely One of the Better Subways in the Area!
Took advantage of the BOGO deal, I got a Loaded Philly cheese steak IT WAS MADE TO PERFECTION / My other Sandwich was a go to. they dropped the ball but it wasn’t a deal breaker just made for a EXTRA DRY SAMMI! IT WAS AN PEPPERONI PIZZA SUB EXTRA PEPPS…(but they forgot the most important part!!!) THE PIZZA SAUCE
Overall both Sandwiches were neat made with care.
I give this location a STRONG 3.8-5

I have read some of the reviews here. My experience here was great. When I walked in everything was clean and I was greeted right away. I even complemented them on the well manicured food bar. I ordered 2 salads and one sandwich. I have no complaints at all. Very friendly staff.

I ordered online. When husband arrived to pick up the order he was told there was no order. After checking my credit card I found that $20.23 had been charged to my card by Subway. I was then told I had to take that up with my credit card company. There is a process and paperwork I now have to go through in order to hopefully get my money back. This is unacceptable and I will let everyone I know about the poor service and the loss of money. Years ago I got sick on one of their seafood sandwiches. Didn’t go back until just recently when my husband wanted to. NEVER AGAIN!!! This particular store does NOT care about its customers.

I come here all the time but NEVER AGAIN! I was handed over done bread and I kindly asked for my sandwich to be redone. The lady in the back probably an owner came out with the foul attitude argumentative telling me all bread was like that. I said no it’s not because I ordered 3 other sandwiches. Then an employee told her that I used a coupon and I am not supposed to demand quality because I used a COUPON! REALLY! NEVER AGAIN!
