Food was good and service with a smile . The only recommendation is to open up entire restaurant for seating.
Additionally all the outdoor tables were chained up . I respect the wind etc but in opening up your beautiful restaurant with a couple extra areas to maintain would be too much .

I came here tonight (10/18/25) around 8pm.
I ordered 1 grilled club without tomato and extra cheese.
It not only took forever and I was the last one to recieve my food when I was 2nd in line…..the staff was oblivious and leaning on the counters like they didn’t care about anything.
When I got home after receiving my order I got tomato and no cheese on my chicken sandwich.
I don’t even want to call back and complain cause I feel like they are just not going to care.
It’s ridiculous will NOT BE GOING BACK.
Worst chik fil a I have EVER been to…. And I travel for work that’s saying ALOT.

5 stars so across, what I expect from a Chic Fila. This shop has three lanes for ordering, but at the time we were there, mid afternoon, no lines or crowds

Outside is nice and organized, service was as expected from a Chic-Fil-a so that’s good.. however I ordered a classic chicken sandwich for my kid for the first time at this location and she couldn’t finish it.. that is a first.. she tells me it made her nauseous.. also a first.. about 6 am she’s vomiting, I had a sandwich here as well the chicken was a thinner cutlet and super crunchy but it was decent, and as of now, I’m fine.. her symptoms are pointing toward food poisoning, there’s no way for me to confirm it was from this establishment. But it was the only meal she had that could bring about such symptoms. Just a word of caution check the meat, I don’t know how, especially because it can appear cooked but still be undercooked, just be cautious, especially with the place being so new, people are still training and understanding how everything works.
*CURRENT* It’s now my 3rd time trying this place and I have to remember why I need to STOP , this bay city location is not at the standard literally any other location is when it comes to quality of food. Aside from service, the people are kind that’s about the only thing that mimics other locations. The fries are stale every time I get them, the tomatoes on my sandwich today were moldy, and the bun at the bottom was cold like thawed from the freezer cold. Today was the last day trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, I don’t mind the little trip anymore to Lake Jackson for consistent hot tasty chicfila.
