Order of cinnamon twists barely half full. Completely forgot other items. Barely closed soft tacos put in the bag upside-down so they dumped out into the bottom of the bag. Can’t be bothered to answer the phone either.

This is the worst place to eat. I ordered a nacho bell grande with extra beef and cheese and I received a pathetic plate of chips with a scoop of meat in the middle and hardly any cheese. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he could not do anything for me. This was $8.99!! I will never eat at this place again!! Think twice before you decide to eat there.

Idk who was making our food but you can really tell they halfassed literally all 7 food items. I’m not exaggerating at all when I say everything that has meat in it only had 2-3 chunks of chicken/steak in them Barely any of the cheese was melted in every item. The cheese roll up is the easiest thing to make and that wasnt even done right. My guy- the cheese was still cold in the center The cantina street chalupas were pretty much just bread and onions on both of them. I hope I get a full refund cause I really wasted $30 on something I could have done better myself.

So me and my Mom thought it would be nice ordering from this Taco Bell, we were wrong. All of our items were supposed to have lettuce, and guess how many did? 0! And then my Mom found a onion peel in her taco, yes the peel. Service was rude in the drive thru and didn’t double check to see if we had anything missing. 1 star

Was there on Wednesday, May 29th, at around 7:15 pm. Ordered for family tonight in amount of $62.22, paid cash, and we didn’t get a receipt. Got our food timely through the window, went home, and found our order was not right. What we ordered regulars on, supreme was done, and vice versa. The taco meat was all grease (worse than pre covid and inflation), and the shells were stale too. So if Taco Bell is going back to worse, then before inflation food, the prices should too. Honestly, the workers weren’t in it at all tonight. They forgot the straws even. I would say it was the crew in whole tonight. They weren’t even vibing together.
I will also post this. This was the first time we had a bad (and, I mean, BAD) experience there. Normally, the workers are on point and vibing, and the food would be good for a Taco Bell.

Picked up an online order with a 12 pack of Cinnabon bites, the bites were cold and solid at the center so I ask for them to be remade. I was informed it should be no issue and was given no instruction on what to do with the previous order so it was thrown away. When the cashier came back I was told they would not be remade due to them being “dropped fresh, so they should be warm.” If they get something wrong just go to corporate and get a return, also think about different taco bells.

Thursday, July 25th around 9pm I’m not sure. I ordered 2 quesadilla(cheese and steak) which I had
added (rice, beans, potatoes in cheese and extra sauce in both) to the order which
I got a disaster! It’s my fault that I didn’t check the order, if I could I would return 100% 6 people work in shifts and I’m waiting

I look at what they are doing, they are talking to each other, they are spinning and they don’t know what to do
they are working, no one is doing anything, terrible!

Sarah is the main reason I give it 5 stars she is the only one after several times coming here. She’s the only person that ever seems to care and try’s to help. When she’s not working I can never get any help. I normally just end up leaving.

We ordered 2 tacos on the app and waited 35 minutes in the drive through. At one point I went inside to see what was going on but no one came to the register. Finally got our food and there was barely anything I the tortilla. Really bad experience.

Quick stop-off on a road trip. Ordered online when 5 min out. It was ready shortly after we arrived. Hot, fresh taco bell food. Super friendly staff and clean restroom and dining room. Well stocked condiments. Great job! My son loves how it was acres and acres of farmland around it.
