We placed an order for boneless Buffalo wings, two pizzas, and Oreo bites. The quality of the wings was severely lacking and fell short of our expectations. They closely resembled frozen chicken nuggets with a meager amount of sauce drizzled on top. In comparison, McDonald’s chicken nuggets with dip would have provided a superior taste experience, despite my personal preference for avoiding McDonald’s chicken nuggets. It is disappointing to receive substandard food when you’re hungry.

Paid .99 each for 2 extra Garlic dipping sauce and never got it. Called and they swore it wasn’t on the order. My total was 2 dollars higher than normal anyway. I just plain got cheated out of my 2 dollars extra.

Terribly bad attitude from the owner. I spent a lot of money to buy pizza and threw a piece of plastic away in the only trash can he had available and he started yelling at me saying that trash can isn’t for the public. Is this anyway to talk to a paying customer who bought 4 boxes worth of food?

I ordered a pizza for pick up and the young man who waited on me was so personable and friendly. I believe his name was Jessie. He was friendly and helpful. I don’t normally drive so far for pizza but this young man made my experience so easy, he was so friendly and kind. I will definitely be making the trip to go there more often due to him and his courteous nature. What a gem of an employee!! Thank you Jessie for making my experience so smooth. Pizza was amazing too by the way!

I ordered pizza and was given 30 minutes with the tracking app. My family and I waited an hour and a half and still no pizza. I call the store and ask for a manager and am immediately put on hold. When I do speak to the manager she disregards everything and just says that’s what happens when it is busy. I told her that the app should be kept accurate then. She didn’t seem to care and was extremely dismissive and rude. So needless to say we will only be ordering Dominos from now on.

Papa John’s has some of the best pizza in this area. I appreciate the consistentcy of flavor and value. I usually choose carry out for a less expensive option so I can’t speak on their delivery however I’ve not had any problems with carry out and I order here often. I prefer the Lone Oak location based on timely service.

The Southside Paducah Papa Johns is the best. I called in an order, the Employee on the phone was great, repeated my order back to me, suggested other items, and just seemed to care about doing her job correctly. My Pizza was delivered on time, Hot, Accurate and actually looked as good as the picture.
