It is with such sadness and disappointment that I have to even leave this type of review for a place we love and go to and get delivery from often. We have never had anything but great food and service with both dine in and delivery, until today. We received a raw pancake today in my son’s order, and since there are only two pancakes in the order it was very surprising to have one raw one and one cooked properly. The batter was still wet and sticky to the touch.
I called to let them know what had happened and that we have had delivery and dine in often and just never experienced anything like this before. The response I got was “sorry, I’ll let the kitchen know” and then they hung up.

Harborview Market is a must-stop during any road trip from NYC. The menu has something for everyone, but the breakfast burrito is my favorite out of any I’ve ever had. Definitely try the cookies if you have a sweet tooth!

I have frequented Harborview nearly every week for the past 2 years. I am constantly met with great food and even better service. I am always met with a smile and great menu recommendations. I recently held my graduation party and it went beyond my expectations. My guests still won’t stop talking about the food that was served. If you’re thinking about coming here for lunch or having an event catered it is an easy yes. I want to have more events just so that I can hold them at Harborview.

Harborview is a staple in the Black Rock neighborhood and has consistently offered amazing food & service for as long as I can remember. Their cozy, eclectic atmosphere is the perfect spot to meet friends for lunch or pop in for a quick coffee and pastry. Their staff is always helpful and friendly. If you’ve never been, I highly recommend stopping in to support this amazing local family owned business! And you MUST get a cookie! They are the very best cookies you’ll ever have – and that’s coming from someone who had them as the only dessert at her wedding! 10/10 would recommend!

A local and traditional favorite of my hometown friends whenever we get a chance to meetup. Such a cozy vibe! Glad to see they’re getting better recognition now.

We’ve been here many times. It’s a local favorite. They have good fresh baked croissants and cookies. Good coffee and we love their breakfast/brunch. If you like prosciutto, pesto and mozzarella, try The Paisan. Like most restaurants, it’s busier on weekends than weekdays. Off street parking.

Food was so good! So many fresh baked items, made in house, delicious breakfast sandwiches and a full menu of coffee items. Would definitely recommend.

The best Cuban Sandwich in the area. This spot is very popular among the locals. Great sandwiches, coffee and breakfast. There is usually a line but be patient, well worth the wait. Plus the line moves pretty fast. They have large tables you get to share with others. There is usually a seat, people move in and out quickly. When the weather is warmer they also have outside dining.

Excellent breakfast spot to go to if you’re in the area. The sandwiches were made to order and were truly delicious (eggs cooked perfectly, great amount of sauce and good cheese). The staff was friendly and they have outdoor seating. Will certainly be back again!

Cool spot. Some feedback: cook food thoroughly or ask how people want it. We received runny scrambled eggs for our baby. No big deal next time I would’ve simply said please cook well done. Then I ate half of my egg white omelette, one half was pretty good. I moved onto the next half and it was raw egg white, pretty much liquid form, so I could not finish my meal. May try again in the future but please cook food ( I noticed other reviews commenting on the same). Finally, way too much butter on toast IMO. I will update my rating if you implement a fix on undercooked food.
