Korean Bibimbab was very good. It came in a bowl with a hot stone or something that kept hot the entire time I ate it. It never once cooled down. A little of the rice fried and sizzled at the bottom of the bowl. Everything I had was very high quality.

We just moved to Coos Bay a couple months ago. My wife and I love to try new restaurants and Sumin’s did not disappoint! The portions were plentiful, the food was fresh and the recipes are great! This restaurant appears on the higher end in price until you see and taste the food. Our family came from our of town and everyone that ate here loved their food and the server was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be eating here again.

Very small place, felt crowded. My only complaint is the rice wasn’t done right all the rolls kept falling apart because the rice wasn’t sticky enough but the flavor of the fish was fresh and the waiter was nice. Overall I’d definitely recommend!

The spicy chicken bowl was absolutely delicious. It might be a bit spicy for some, but it had a rich smoky flavor and a well-balanced spicy sauce.
Having such a wide range of food choices is always a delight for customers. If I ever visit Coos Bay again, I’d definitely come back here. It’s a highly recommended spot!

I walked in thinking I was going to get some Korean BBQ, but then I saw this masterpiece of a custom roll that the chef, herself, was eating for lunch. She graciously offered me a piece to try. I couldn’t order one for my self fast enough. I eat a lot of sushi all over the world and this custom roll was in the top 3 I’ve ever had. Cheers to the chef!! I’ll be back today for some of their fried rice that I saw as well.

We tried California (baked) roll, eel roll, Bulgagi and Triarky beef bowl and in another occasion, the Korean BBQ. All were super delicious. The Korean BBQ was especially huge and had good quality meets. The staff are very nice, especially the lady owner is amazing. Thank you all!

Surprise find while looking for a fish and chips joint. Awesome food, waiter was very attentive and on point with everything. There were lots of vegetarian options on the menu and the food was very good. I had a fried tofu bento box with tempura veggies and the wife had tofu sukiyaki. Both were incredible and the wife ordered her favorite salmon skin rolls to go so she had some snacks while we were road tripping. Well worth the time to investigate.

We ordered from Sumin ‘s today for the first time. I was blown away by the quality of the food. One of the items that stood out for me was the egg roll, it was the most unusual, unique, and absolutely delicious egg roll I’ve ever had. I’ve had egg rolls (I love them) all over western Oregon, California, Washington, Ireland, and the UK, but never had anything as good as this. A must try! House special noodles were just as delicious, as were the pot stickers, caterpillar roll, and the japchae. Overall a lovely foodies experience.
