This was my first time visiting Charley’s. The appearance of the place was very appealing — it looked so good from the outside that I couldn’t resist stepping in. The staff were efficient and fast, and overall the service was pretty good. The food tasted okay — not bad, but it could have been better. I did like that the bread was very fresh, though the lettuce seemed a bit old. Still, it was a decent experience.

I’ve been to Charley’s a few times and everything I’ve tried has been good. The cheesesteaks are always on point, the meal comes with fries and they’re good too. I also tried the boneless wings and liked them. I’ve eaten inside and used the drive-thru, and service was quick both times. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Overall, a good spot I’d go back to.

Good food. We got boneless wings and cheese fries. No complaints! Lemonade was not so great, maybe they use an artificial sweetener or lemon juice from a bottle. And food was overpriced. Staff was nice. Clean restaurant overall. Would definitely go back, very family friendly.

First time trying this food. We had the Philly steak and the Philly Chicken. Both were delicious. I would have like the sandwiches to be a little more filled. It was very tasty though. I hope on the future they offer a )hilly Mix with Steak and Chicken. Overall my food was hot and fresh. No complaints here

I was charged for bacon on the fries and requested extra bacon for my sandwich on the side and didn’t get any bacon. After paying I specifically told the cashier to make sure I get bacon on the side for my sandwich and his response Wand ” I got You “. Customer service is terrible and if bacon is not something the middle-east likes to do, then take it off the menu.

Paid over $20 for this meal and this is what we get.. undercooked bacon and meat tossed on bread; Barely enough meat to constitute a sandwich. Pathetic! Maybe if the employees were horsing around less and actually doing their job the food would be served properly. Will never eat here again! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Went to Charley’s for breaking our fast (Iftar) during Ramadan. Food was served fresh and on time and accommodations were prepared exactly as ordered for our group of 5. Friendly staff and great hospitality! Higher quality food than most local restaurants in my opinion.
