I’ve been a customer of this establishment for the past 12 years. My daughter, who is now 12, feels like a cherished member of the family whenever we visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service and delicious food.
We thoroughly enjoy all the vegetarian appetizers they offer, and of course, the avocado rolls are a must-try. My daughter is particularly fond of their marble sodas.

Cozy atmosphere and wonderful service. The house roll was delicious, as was the spider roll. The presentation was beautiful, too. Overall, a great experience. I’ll happily come back soon.

Dined in on a Saturday. The staff was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Prices are very reasonable and the sushi was super fresh. We ordered the Sushi for Two, which was very worth it. Stop by this place if you’re ever in the area for a no frills sushi experience.

I always enjoy dinner at akebono. The sushi has always been great, as is the service. Patty makes each visit special. You can’t go wrong with any of their rolls. As for apps, we always get the spicy tuna tartar, but recently we also tried their garlic edamame. It was delicious and we’ll probably be ordering two appetizers from now on.

As a regular here I feel I should let newcomers in on something important about this place: You’re not just about to visit a new restaurant, you’re about to meet extended family.
The sushi is always fresh and the rice is always excellent but Akebono offers a broad variety of Asian food and all of it is absolutely delicious! Patty, Dave and the entire staff have not just assembled an excellent menu, they have cultivated a relaxing, familial atmosphere that will make you want to return to experience as much as the food.

OUR NEW FAV!! what an awesome place. Friendly staff and great sushi! Its always busy so make a reservation or be prepared to wait a little bit. They are so great at getting you a table and never want to leave you waiting!

Food is always fresh and well prepared. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. My wife has a gluten allergy and we have never had an issue. By looking at the building, you would never know what goodness is hiding inside. The dining room is small but we have never had a problem getting a table. This place is a hidden gem.
