I had a wonderful experience at this location after an issue with my mobile Pickup order! When placing an In-Store mobile order, I had chosen this location (Cherry Ave.) for Pickup. When I realized my name wasn’t called after some time, I spoke with the staff and found out that my order wasn’t placed at this location. Unfortunately, the Taco Bell app seemed to have “defaulted” to a different location I had previously visited, during Checkout. The manager, Miguel, sincerely apologized for the error even though he wasn’t at fault. After realizing that I couldn’t cancel the order or reach the location by phone, he asked me what was in my order and if it included any drinks. I said yes, and he kindly gave me a cup to fill at the soda fountain. He then generously offered to remake the food within my order free of charge, but I declined and said that the free drink was enough for me. All of the staff, especially the manager who I was told is named Miguel, were exceptionally friendly and kind to me during my visit. The bathrooms and dining area were also very clean as well. I absolutely recommend this location!

Friendly workers everytime I visit.
The new budget menu items suck. Sometimes trying to compete with other fast food restaurants and there budget meals doesn’t always work out. The new menu at Taco Bell proved it for me. Send your over paid executives back to marketing school and start over.

The tortillas for their burritos are now served with a crispy texture, don’t know if they are trying to hide something our if they realize that the tortillas they use just taste bad. I got the chicken burrito and had to toss half away cause it was so bad.

The food is good! But if you asked for something to be removed…check your order before you leave the restaurant. They mess up often on special orders. But still good service and food is hot and fresh.

My sister picked me up a box meal, she got a coffee that had no flavor an order of cinnamon twist and didn’t get them. I opened my box meal, in it I got a crunch wrap supreme, 5 layer burrito and cinnamon twist. My crunch wrap had lettuce, tomatoes, the tostada, paper thin light amount of nacho cheese but nothing else, the tortilla wasn’t even grilled, it was just an open tortilla. What the hell taco bell? Now I know why people are sueing you over this, horrible.

This is the second time I made an online and both times my order was wrong, this time I ordered a build your own Luxe box which in including a Crunchwrap supreme, a 5 layer with no beans, and hard taco. This is a dollar extra over the regular luxe box and I did not receive a crunch wrap supreme and my 5 layer had beans in it everything was completely wrong. I just received a regular box for an extra charge absurd, DON’T COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR ORDER WRONG.

Order ahead, arrive to pick up order and are asked to drive around front to wait. So far 6 cars have left with their food and we are still waiting? I will NEVER return to this location. The excuse they gave was that our order was “custom”, even though they have the option to do just that. Our “custom order” required them to leave the cheese and sour cream off.

We ordered our food online at 8 pm, and we didn’t get our food until after 9:10 pm. And still, the manged to not give us all the food we ordered will not be coming to this location again. Avoid if u want your food in a timely matter !!!! One of the employees told us that they have to prioritize the drive thru

I ordered two drinks and the drive thru cashier got the drink incorrect. I told her the drink was incorrect and she stated I can’t change it because I have a line.. (it was one car behind me). I had to explain it was not my fault she made the wrong drink. This place is highly unprofessional. Especially the manager!!

1. They are out of that right now. (Happens a lot)
2. Only accepting cash. (At weird times)
3. 80% of the time your order is incorrect. (Yes 80%)
I’m assuming this is a franchised store, coul not be a corporate store but who knows. Listen this store needs a complete management restructure. From what I have experienced going to this store several times is that the people are respectful and professional. The food tastes great, the problem is the order is wrong most of the time, or they forget to hand you something like a drink and you have to turn around to get it if you notice before you get home. I don’t know if the cook isn’t trained enough or the person taking the order needs more training. Either or after reading several reviews which share my same opinion I know I’m accurate in these experiences at this Taco Bell.
Who ever owns/runs this store it’s simple I’ll help you out.
1. Train your people correctly and accurately to ensure quality and that things are done correctly.
2. Stock up on items, you should be well aware by now what you need to stock up on and what is running out more than other items, it isn’t that difficult to stay on top of things.
3. Accepting cash at certain times doesn’t make sense to me at all? I’ve never been to a Taco Bell at any hour and have been told this before. (Except at this location) all forms of payment should be accepted at all times unless a system outage.
4. Train your cashier to repeat the order twice, once when ordered and once more when accepting payment. This will ensure accuracy and will ensure everything is indeed correct.
5. Communication between the cashier and the cook. If someone doesn’t want onions but would like to add sour cream. The cashier should repeat the order to the cook to ensure the food is prepared correctly and accurately.
I can go on and on but realistically this is all you need to know to turn this entire store around for the good. Take this as constructive criticism and fix the issues you are having and I promise you this store will be back on top.
