Me and my friends went to eat here, they treated my disabled friend with the utmost respect, they waited multiple weeks for us to comeback from when they first saw us. As soon as they saw us they knew it was my friends birthday, and they gave him food. They gave us alot of food for a good price and at high quality. They made sure that they made our orders correctly. And even double checked with us on each step. They served us with exceptional care, being joyful while meticulously crafting our food.

We had the most incapable pair of servers I have seen in my life.
Slow, not listening and on a private phone call while taking our orders.
Good taste the same anywhere but damn those two really drag down the experience we have with subway in other places/countries.
Store manager should tidy that up or if one of them was the manager they should not have this position

Watch out at this location. The employee tried charging me extra for cheese I didn’t ask for and on top of that messed up my sandwich and had to remake it. If they spent less time bickering at each other they might be able to provide better customer service. To correct the over charge the employee handed me two dollars… Even if it’s minimal I paid tax and didn’t receive that back. To top it all off the sandwich wasn’t even good, lettuce looked super old and the chicken was borderline soggy. Avoid this location

The workers were very nice, treated my disabled friend with the utmost respect, they took their time to make sure they got our orders right, they also gave us discounts automatically, The BEST Subway, and the BEST customer service.

Not too impressed with this location I would expect more considering it’s in an outlet mall where it’s a pretty busy place the vegetables, tomatoes, pickles, and jalapeños look like they have been sitting up there for days. The tomatoes were mushy and discolored pickles, and jalapeños the roast beef had a funny taste and the gentleman was not too nice

While making our topping selections for our subs, the employee had to discard many tomatoes as there was mold on some of them, then also with the spinach & cucumbers. I would never return to this location ever again.

I was shopping at mall and stopped in to get cookie and drink. I was in a hurry forgot my change and called later to ask about it in a few mins. They called me back to tell that Finney who waited on me had put my money aside. Big Tank to her and staff I spoke to for being so kind and honest. Very friendly store . Thank you!!!

Walked in with no other customers and 2 employees. Neither employee welcomed us. We stood there for a good 2 minutes while they both put on gloves in silence. Then the manager lady in her 99 subway jersey says what do you want. In the rudest voice as if us being there was a problem. She had an attitude the entire time. Didn’t offer receipt and completely ignored us after I put my card in to pay. No thank you or anything. If she doesn’t like her job she should quit.
