I entered this Subway location at around 8:20 PM. Immediately, upon entering, we were told, “To go only. We’re closing.” They specifically said that we could not sit inside and eat. The store does not close until 9:00 PM and it wouldn’t take that long to eat a sub. They locked the door and turned off the open sign at 8:42 PM.
The oven wasn’t ready, so I didn’t have my sandwich warmed, to make their life easier. I had asked for a large drink, and they charged me a small, without telling me. They were rude and confrontational when I grabbed a large cup, thinking that’s what I was charged for.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Subway location. The workers seemed disorganized and not very coherent when taking my order, and the overall service was bad. What bothered me most was how differently I was treated compared to other customers it felt like they judged me based on how I was dressed. Everyone else was treated politely and promptly, while I was ignored and spoken to with attitude. No one deserves that kind of treatment, especially in a place that’s supposed to be about quick, friendly service. I won’t be coming back to this location unless they make some serious changes in how they treat people.

Came at 8:40 February 13th 2026. Place was closed when they’re supposed to close at 9. Lady looked at me through the window and just shrugged her shoulders. This is illegal by the way.
