Decided I wanted to order through the app to make everything a little easier, turns out I was completely wrong. I got to the drive thru speaker and the lady asked me if I was using the app or not (already seeming to have a attitude) so I responded with “yes I will be using the app” she then asked the last name of the order in which I gave her the last name. When I got to the window it took about 2 minutes to open the window (not too bad) but she had a huge bag in her arms asking if I was another order but I couldn’t understand the last name she was trying to implicate. This is a tragic looking little white lady with glasses. Understandable as to why she had an attitude. Then I said couldn’t understand you can you please repeat, she then repeated it and I still couldn’t understand “is it blank (another persons last name)” I said I still couldn’t understand she then gets frustrated and says with the most attitude “what’s the last name for the order” as if she didn’t already ask me that at the speaker. So I reciprocated the energy SHE gave off and apparently my order wasn’t even made. (The receipt on the bag that was supposed to be ready 5 mins ago said ordered at the time I arrived at the window) another lady comes out I assume the manager since she wasn’t giving me eye contact and was trying to keep it professional then gave me my food. I said “thank you” and she just closed the window. All this because your workers couldn’t do their job right… at this point it doesn’t seem like they even like their job and need to take it out on customers instead ☠️. I shall be taking my service at other places like chipotle since the pickups are seamless there. Moral of the story come here if you want to get treated like a nuisance.

Wow, this is the only Panera bread I’ve ever seen that barely has a four star reputation and the staff are definitely the reason why. What a rude lady that wouldn’t fill the dipping sauce container for a new sandwich they offer. We liked it the other day and just wanted enough of the dipping sauce for it. Then gave us one spoon for three soups. Like for real? How rude, it’s okay though, we have spoons here, and really, we will find elsewhere to go.

GET THE TURKEY BRAVO Sandwich w/ a cup of WHITE CHEDDAR MAC! It’s my comfort meal! I like Panera because their sandwiches are fresh and perfect for summer. Recently, I tried the Chicken Noodle Soup and Caesar Salad a.k.a The Duet. The soup was amazing, I’m never buying the store-bought Panera soups again! Always get the soup here! The salad was a bit disappointing this time around, not enough dressing was provided which made the salad quite bland. It wasn’t bad, but definitely not their best salad preparation. The guy at the window was nice, he brought me my order quickly. Inside is pretty calm, although I don’t ever eat inside as it’s pretty small and seating is cramped. Take-out is the best option for me. Also, the drive-thru is pretty fast so it’s never a bother. There’s plenty of parking out front and this location is near the Florida hub of stores and other restaurants. It’s not too far from The Hampton and other hotels.

All their food is hospital premade food. Look on TikTok and there’s a viral video showing how they never clean where the food goes, and food is heated up in a plastic bag. This is a location issue, it’s a Panera bread issue. I’ll never eat or support a business selling premade glop

This place was great! The staff was very friendly and greets you as you walk in the door. They had a huge variety of different food options! Definitely vegetarian/vegan friendly. Nice and clean and the food was extremely yummy! Especially the bread that came with the salad!!! It was fresh and amazing! They do change their menu, so what you may have ordered a month ago may not still be on the menu. But don’t worry, it will come back! My husband loves the Tuesday bagel deal and their bagels are definitely worth it!
