the cashier or driver whomever it was that handed me my order was nice and very pleasant. However the food I wouldn’t feed to my worst enemy’s dog. In the pick you can see it’s overcooked and also I ordered a large pizza, 2 liter Pepsi and boneless honey chipotle wings. The wings were actually cooked well. Which I loved but the pizza seems like they left in the oven way too long. The conveyor belt might need to be re-calibrated. I never asked for a well done pizza I like my dough soft and edible not like chewing on a car tire. Ordered Jan 26th, 2026 at 5:45pm

Very disappointed with Papa John’s!!! I do not live in Farmington so when I took my grandkids and their friends to Farmington for NYE I knew I was looking forward to having Papa pizza!!! I ordered online wins from wingstop-flawless order and amazing as always- however was not able to eat it fresh…picked up wingstop then went to Papa M for my order, it was not ready. Ok, I understand they were busy..NP. I waited 15 min as the worker had instructed, went back in and was told it’s not ready 15 more min..ok..AN HOUR AND 10 MINUTES LATER, I was told they had not started my order yet. WHAT??? Got a refund and left. I sat in their parking lot waiting while my order of wings and fries got soggy and cold. Do better PapaMurphy’s!!!!

I ordered a large pepperoni pizza from Papa John’s and I was very satisfied with the service and the food. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and very delicious. I enjoyed every bite and I would definitely order from them again. Papa John’s is one of the best pizza places in town.

So far when I ordered and picked up “ASAP” according to the app, the food has always been hot and fresh. The last time I ordered and set my pickup time for an hour from when I placed it. Went ahead for pickup at the time I “wanted” it to pick it up, I get there and my pizza seemed warm like it had been sitting under the heater for a good while. Didn’t taste as fresh like I ate there a few times before. I hope it wasn’t made too early and left there under the heater for like half an hour or so if not longer. Hopefully this isn’t the normal and I get to experience the hot and fresh food the last few times I have eaten here.

Waited 30 minutes for one pizza in a building with no ac the guy was awfully rude and told us are pizza had been ready for 20 minutes and when I asked why he didn’t give it to us when it was ready he said closed mouths don’t get fed haha horrible place to go do not recommend one bit

Delivery driver Isaiah, was lost for a whole hour! Driving around in circles and 2700 to 2900 St here n Farmington NM. When it clearly states my address. Trying to explain to Isaiah where to go, he just hangs up on me!
Never had this type of experience from papa John’s delivery driver here in Farmington NM ever!

I received an order that I did not place online. I called papa johns and the gentlemen repeated what he had saw on their end of the order and I told him that it was incorrect that they had forgotten the pizza and just sent a big box of breadsticks with other items such as wings that I did order. He got me over to his manager immediately. I then explained to him what had happened and he said that they would immediately start working on the pizza and get it to me as fast as they could. I can tell you this much with this kind of service from now on I will only order Papa Johns pizza. Thank you for excellent customer service. That is something that most business has forgotten about (Dominoes)

Ordered by telephone the same order I had last time. Super Hawaiian & the works. No pineapple very little ham. The works did not have the works. I called the manager, no customer service but an extremely bad attitude. Stood in a single long line for both pick up & to order for 15 minutes. To pick up pizza & it was cold by the time we got to pick it up. Got home & it wasn’t what we ordered. I was told by the manager to bring pizza in so she could see it. Like she didn’t believe me. Not going to stand in line another 15 to 30 minutes when they messed up. Do not go here, no customer service.!!! Pizza was so screwed up & no resolve at all. Bummer!!!!!!!!
