All four burgers were wrong. Ordered corn dog nugget meal and a corn dog kids meal. Charged for 2 corn dog nugget meals but never received a side or drink for the kids meal? Burgers all had toppings incorrect. No papa sauce in the bag as told there was. 3 whole onion rings in my side order (absolutely insane to charge so much for three measly onion rings!!!) onion rings were so overly crispy the breading just crumbled right off the onion. Sincerely disappointed. We have ate here several times in the last month because it offers something different and the burgers taste so great. This was an epic fail today.

Food was good , as many places have decided to make the pieces smaller long johns fell right into that trend !!! Always love some LJS tho. The bell was gone , juke box broke , and the service was OK not the best I’ve ever had at a LJS. The restaurant was very clean !!! And food did come out fast

I’m sure the experience would’ve been better however, felt very rushed to order, when I ordered they told me they could not serve root beer. I ordered mountain dew. I was then told no MTN dew either because the soda machine was not working so my choices were a shake or water. I chose the strawberry shake. I should also mention this place was together with Long John Silvers. And since I’m from Minnesota, LJS is something we do t have and I wanted to try them.

Stopped here while traveling back home
Staff was very friendly and customer service was great. Only complaint was the fish and hush puppies were extremely greasy. To the point the texture was not there. Unfortunately we were on the interstate when we tried the food otherwise we would have returned it.

I truly don’t wanna rate a 2 star. The staff was really friendly. The restaurant was really clean and I went the restroom. BUT my fries were cold and hard. My burger was not fresh either. I am not going to say I will not be back, but when you have had the best from another A & W. This one is not the best at all. I got to give them a chance to redeem themselves. To be continued.

Service was amazing (only reason it received 3 stars would have been 1 or zero) but we ordered 4 root beer floats that was basically only soda and just a touch of ice cream flavor…almost like they put a spoon full maybe in there.
