Took my daughter in today to celebrate her making Honor Roll and as we walked in, we were greeted by ONE waitress and there were 4 present but they were all openly counting their tips at the counter…AND SO WE WAITED…two groups of 4 and 3 were there, however, we sat for 10 minutes and no one even came to get our drink order. I asked my daughter if she wanted to go somewhere else…we are now sitting at Pizza Hut where we were promptly greeted and our drink order and meal order have already been taken! Shame on Eggberts, apparently not a family friendly establishment! Thank You PH!

Went in on a Saturday and food came out steaming. Which is always a good sign for a restaurant. They were busy as usual on a weekend, and the service was great! Served everybody like we were important.

Food was terrible, service was even worse, if thats possible. 100 dollars for 2 adults and 2 kids. Price would have been fine if the food and service wasn’t so awful.
My breakfast plate was cold, I was served cold scrambled eggs with cold shredded cheese sprinkled on top. I wasnt aware French toast could be so terrible as what i was served. My 12 yeat old couldn’t even eat her biscuits and gravy. We were really excited while reading the menu but unfortunately we will not be back.
Staff needs to be 100% retrained or replaced. Retrained on service skills AND cooking skills
Came back to add there were 6 other people dining in. A table of 2 and another table of 4. Around 4 in the afternoon. They were not overwhelmed or swamped with people or confusion; just bad service period

Ordered Hamburger and fries. The hamburger was a hockey puck with no onions no lettuce no tomatoes and no condiments. Ordered a strawberry salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was just a big piece of fat cut into small bites. Ordered biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were burned. The others who ordered food said it was just mediocre. It took 45 minutes to get food delivered and there were only a few tables occupied. Charging extra for mediocre and cold food is ridiculous. Will think twice to eat there again.

I have eaten here at least three times, and each time the food was fantastic. Good service, small town atmosphere and slower rhythm, plenty of local customers. One small opportunity for improvement would be the way the surfaces are cleaned. Each time I’ve eaten here I smell that dirty dish rag smell, so maybe if the rags get sanitized or switched out just a little more often, that would take care of it. Love the apple butter option for biscuits and rolls.

Never again. I love the food and atmosphere. But to be charged full price for food I had to wait over 30 minutes just for it to be cooked, and not even told until I had been sitting there for 25 minutes that the incoming shift was late. But to sit and watch the current shift, that could have been making my food while they waited on the next shift, all talk and gossip with each other and other customers, I am enraged. I left fighting back tears because I just ordered a cheeseburger, something that I know takes FIVE MINUTES TO MAKE.

Nice diner atmosphere. Food quality is adequate. Some items on the menu are presented with photos, some are just a description – which brought me to order an item by mistake. The sweetened ice tea was quite strange tasting… Will avoid if I happen to return here.

Breakfast all day, what’s not to like about that. This Eggbert’s has been here for many years. The menu has changed some but the food is still that ‘just off the grill’ good.
The prices are reasonable, a family of 4 can easily eat for under $50. Between breakfast and burgers, there’ll be something for everyone.
The place is clean with most surfaces being sanitized regularly. Clean restrooms and handicap access inside and out. Free parking in the front of the building.
