I ordered my sub online with the ingredients I wanted which were on the receipt after I picked up the sub went home and there was lettuce melted into the cheese as I try to pick it out all my sauces came out. I tried calling and no answer. I went back just to ask for it to be remade and she had a huge attitude and started rolling her eyes. Not very happy since I only asked for my sub to be corrected in a very polite way.

I ordered a combo from Subway through DoorDash. The combo was incomplete: missing Pepsi and missing chips.
I called the subway store and was informed that the drivers are responsible for picking up the drinks and chips themselves.
The store didn’t bother to check the order. The driver didn’t bother to check the order.
Then I proceeded to eat my sandwich after posting a complaint on DoorDash app.
The sandwich wasn’t even near as good as it should be. I know that because it was not the first time I ordered the same one. It was poorly made.
This was just a very poor experience! $20 thrown out!

I haven’t been to this subway in a while, only because the people they used to have working here were SLOW and I’m almost always on a time crunch. However I stopped in today and the 3 employees (2 ladies, 1 dude) had this place JAMMING. It was definitely busy and the lunch crowd kept coming in but the 3 of them were totally rocking it out, I don’t think anyone was here longer than 3 mins from start to finish lol. My sub was made perfectly, everyone was friendly and most important to me – FAST. Will definitely be back!!

This is the second time I’ve ordered subway from this location through door dash, the first time I had it delivered and it was even worse than this time when I picked it up. But I thought maybe it was a fluke and i would try again. This is probably my first ever negative review on anything in my life lol. But I paid $11 for this? There’s literally hardly any food in the sandwich! It’s basically glorified bread with a hint of chicken and spinach.
In my photo I unfortunately added some cheese before I took the picture, so it was even worse than it looks.

Ordered a sandwich turkey wrap from the menu and the new employee clearly was not train right because all she gave me was a wrap with just turkey in. She locked the door immediately after I picked up my order. This was 9:36. Even though the store closes at 10. I told her I wanted my wrap redone and she refused. I asked for her name and she refused. So Im gonna describe her as the short, heavyset, blonde who started 2 weeks ago. So not only did I waste my money even after explaining to this new employee that a turkey wrap isn’t just turkey, but she refused to remake my sandwich even though the store was technically still open. I go to this subway alot and this is my first time I was disappointed. Keep the nice dude with the ponytail. Cause he knows how to do his job.

WHY is this location constantly running out of ingredients?!? Meatballs, marinara sauce, bbq sauce…..just a few of the items I’ve been told they are out of. Also please have your employees be clean shaven and any long hair pulled back. I don’t want someone else strands in my food. Giving up on this location.

Paid $18 dollars for a protein bowl with extra meat. It only had 1 serving of chicken on it and no other meat. There was no lettuce, I asked for mild peppers and they put 3 tiny rings in the whole bowl. I saw how bad it looked just by glancing in the bag so I asked the lady where the extra meat was and she claimed she put it in the bottom. I got home and there was only the six tiny slices of grilled chicken on top, none on bottom like she claimed. Also, I got a sub with it and when I pulled the bowl out to look closer at it, the sub came unwrapped and came all the way out of the wrapper. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude about it and obviously lied about putting extra protein in my bowl. She loudly and sarcastically screamed to have a nice day as I was walking out the door. All I told her was for almost $30 for just 2 items I expected them to take better care of my food.
To summarize, they have dishonest and rude employees here who can’t be troubled to make neat food. And they’re also thieves to not give customers what they paid for.
Don’t waste your money here people. Go get a better sub from Jersey Mikes or Jimmy John’s.
Edit: on my mom’s sub, there was barely any steak. It looked like they took one serving of steak and spread it over the whole sub. It didn’t look toasted like it was supposed to be, and there wasn’t hardly any visible green peppers. Just an awful experience all around.
