I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a sub i came in last night and it was closed even though it says it was twenty four hours.Change your hours. Then, when I came in a round noon today. I dealt with the rudest lady named Lisa. As a pregnant lady, I go to Subway or lot for a meatball sub. Every single time I have ever gone the subway I say I want it on Italian and herb. She put the wrong bread down and I didn’t care. But I was like, oh I wanted the Italian and herb. She caught the biggest attitude and corrected me. And said, you said you wanted a Italian, an herb, not Italian, herb and cheese. Every single time I have came to Subway in my entire existence, I have set Italian and herb and not one person has ever gotten it wrong. But now, all of a sudden, I’m dumb, or at least that’s how Lisa acted she didn’t make eye contact. She ignored me for a couple minutes after I stood at the counter. Didn’t acknowledge me and then.Luckily, the young girl working the other counter came over and completed my order.She was much nicer. Lisa should be kept in the back or fired. I have never experienced such a low level of customer service.

Yup they got me, robbed me right in front of my face and charged me $10 for a 6″. Must be slow business or just in desperate need of money. Oh well Merry Christmas, spend it wisely.

When I opened my sandwich; it was so severely mushed up. I was barely able to eat and it look unappetizing. Next time before they cover your sandwich please make to check it properly

Came to this location on August 5th 2025 @2245. After standing in front of the bar about 3 minutes one of the 5 people I seen there finally addressed me. She(larger woman) got up from sitting on the floor cussed and walked over then cussed again. I told her bread style and size, she grabbed it tossed it down then proceeded to finish gloving her other hand. Now I should remind you at this time there was no effort to wash her hands. The shift lead I assume (older lady) was counting the drawer no effort to correct her. I let it slide everyone has a bad night. She asked what kind of sandwich so I told her rotisserie chicken with cheddar, she put rotisserie chicken with Monterey Cheddar so I said “Excuse me, I wanted cheddar.” This part was on me for not clarifying sauce to a certain degree but she could have clarified that herself by engaging the customer politely. Needless to say she argued instead for another minute before just pulling pieces of the shredded cheese along with some of the chicken and throwing it back into the bin, before adding the cheddar sauce. After putting it in the toaster she handed me off to another larger woman with a bad attitude and complained about me right there. This second larger woman pulled the sandwich out of the toaster put it on the counter and handed my off to a 3rd person who just walked in from the store side. The lovely young woman handled to rest of the process professionally without attitude and engaged me, her customer. So as she was wrapping the sandwich i went to the atm instead of paying with my card gave cash and told her to keep the change for being the only person working in a good mood. That young lady is the only reason you received a second star i would fire the 2 larger women 1 of which appeared to be very unhygienic as well as the shift lead who is oblivious to her staff. I won’t be stopping here ever again.

Very bad service. They make sandwiches very unprofessional. One guy before ordered meatballs, the way they made it. He left the sandwiches at the support. Look it my sandwich and know tell me who gonna eat this.

Where to start. This is subway nothing new in years, but if you are lucky enough to be helped by Tatiana then you probably had a good day. My food was hot (rare) she listened to my toppings she even knew what “a couple jalapeños l” meant. Her smile will brighten your gloomy day. Thank you for the wonderful steak sandwich.
