I was expecting an average American style Japanese food but it turned out very impressive. The dishes are innovative but still includes the best part of Asian food. Big props to the chef!

We really enjoyed our dinner here. The poke bowl was so flavorful and amazing. The volcano roll was creamy, delicious and a tad rich… Perfect for sharing. The Roll 513 was fresh and delicious. I would return there for any of the items we had in a heart beat. The angry dragon had the perfect crunch from the shrimp tempura. The short ribs were flavorful too. The service was awesome too. Highly recommend!

Had a phenomenal dinner tonight! The food was excellent – favorite was the seared tuna with wasabi ginger sauce – incredible, summer succotash was delightful, chocolate mousse dessert was perfection.
Even more impressive was our waitress Melanie!!!!!!! Best waitress I can ever remember having at any restaurant. She had so many great tips about everything from the menu to local spots. Thank you Melanie!!!!

Friendly, attentive staff and sparkling modern atmosphere, but in the end it is the food that counts. The edamame was steaming warm and the sea salt made it lively but I can have them at home.
The Bluefin Roll which included spicy tuna, was too sweet bordering on desert, and the size of each slice, too big to be eaten in a mouthful – I almost choked twice.
My dinner companion raved about her wild Cape Cod mussels which looked big and plump. It came with a roti style bread on the side.
Not convinced I need to go back.

Place was excellent. Our server Dan was polite and humorous. He had plenty knowledge of the menu and highlighted some options for us aswell. Very attentive service and super tasty food. Awesome spot right there on the main street of Falmouth.

Honestly the best sushi in town, or the best sushi on the upper cape. Unfortunately I didn’t remember to take enough photos of the food as we just dug right in but believe me when I say it’s worth every penny. We had a 5pm reservation and we’re promptly seated at the sushi bar. It was a neat experience getting to what the sushi chefs in action, it’s really mesmerizing! The staff were awesome. Got the cucumber martini, a sake, the dumpling and tuna stuffed jalapeños to start. Both were really good. High recommend the potato gnocchi as well! We split 3 sushi rolls of the angry dragon, Chatham roll, and toro jalapeño roll. Overall amazing presentation, prompt, a delish! 10/10! Make sure you make a reservation as it is the only way to be seated! Cheers!

Some of the best sushi I’ve had in a while! The staff was incredibly friendly and “Dan the Man” took great care of us! Highly suggest getting the seared Octopus, Hiro’s Special and the scallion pancakes! They also had Uni which wasn’t on the menu but so glad we found out about it! I can honestly say everything we ordered was amazing from those items to the specialty rolls, nigiri and sashimi! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our sushi dining experience worth it!

Our group of 5 had a pleasant time at Bluefin! They were able to accommodate a reservation made the night of, that we appreciated. The wait was a bit long to get our food, almost an hour after ordering. We got the following sushi rolls:
– Eel and cucumber roll
– Spicy salmon roll
– California roll
– Bluefin roll
– Dragon roll
– Alaskan roll
– Shrimp tempura roll
Of all the rolls, our favorites were the Bluefin, Dragon, and Alaskan rolls. The fish was generous on the rolls and the balance of flavors/components was very good, speaking from someone who eats sushi/poke regularly and has been to Japan and Hawaii. Overall, food was quite good and while the wait was long, I think we shall be back!

Short visit to the area and this restaurant really surprised us .. Food and service were great.. Our server had great recommendations. Korean ribs were tasty and fell off the bone.. We come from the pacific north west so we are spoiled with great sushi and sushi rolls . I had the angry dragon and it was very good.. try the matcha mochi! I recommend this place!

Delicious and fresh. Wonderful staff. Personally I think the best roll there and, maybe the best I’ve ever had, is the 513, it’s a must ! Would give six stars if I could. The Cape cod monster is a delightful roll, the poke is great and even their desserts are amazing. You would be doing yourself a disservice to pass this place up.
