One of my favorite locations to visit! Always clean and the employees are always so friendly and helpful! It’s always a pleasurable experience when I visit this location. I always use the app to order and I never had an issue there; even with my customizing, the foods always comes right, hot if needed and cold if wanted! And the cookies, omg don’t even get me started on the cookies! Whoever is responsible for those cookie flavors and the flavors and always a satisfying treat, stay with them! The best! Well, thank you to the staff at the Subway on Oberlin Ave, you’re always on point! Thank you for your hard work!

Love this location, have started going often since the start of a new relationship and they’re always so friendly even when it’s busy, food is always delicious, every experience leaves nothing to be desired. There’s an employee who often makes my sandwiches around 6-8pm, I wish I’d gotten her name but she’s awesome, and really everyone there is always sweet and lovely.

When I entered the store, there was a woman in front of me. A lady came and asked her her order. Than another employee came and asked me for my order. I said I wanted the broccoli soup. So the woman in front of me who was getting 2 subs made ALSO said she wanted the broccoli soup. So her lady said to my lady that she gets the soup before me because she was there 1st. Also said that I believe there’s enough to serve both of them but her customer gets it before I do. This blew my mind because the lady in front of me was NOT ordering soup! She was ordering sandwiches! But when I said I wanted the soup; she added it to her order and the worker blocked me from getting my soup! I didn’t understand this at all!!!!! Seemed petty and ignorant to me!!!!

Well, the food was great! Had an Ultimate Meatball 6″ and a bottled water… Cost $7.50.. the garlic butter makes it Ultimate! However, the female that made it… Terrible! No greeting, crabby, unfriendly! Seriously, she was having personal issues that she rolled off onto the customers… I’ll go back to Subway for this sandwich again…just not this particular Subway on Oberlin Ave in Lorain. Crabby can be described as a larger blonde woman wearing a green Subway tee… Beware of this one!

Horrible that when you order that you can’t add items to your order even if you pay for it. Got the foot long nachos. Wasn’t worth it. Also ordered a bottle of pop which was warm and they wouldn’t give ice unless you paid for an another full size drink. If you can’t keep pop cold at least give a cup of ice. It’s sucks to go anywhere these days.

Update: apparently this was a one time gig. (See post below) same pair today. Picked my order today with the wrapper saturated and nothing but attitude because I even showed them all sauces on side. But apparently you have to say all liquids.
Rude!!! Mother and son seemed to have a very bad day when I walked in smiling, happy to see the once “dynamic duo”… they spent ample time blaming me for the saturated wrapper even though she, pointed out that one of the sandwiches wrappers was totally saturated.

Every single time I’ve ordered from here, it’s been a worldly difference than any other Subway I’ve dined at. I’m 36 and have been chowing on Subway since I was a young fella, so I’ve eaten at quite a few of these establishments in the U.S.
Yesterday, 02/28/2025, I picked up an online order and even though the interaction was short, the gal and gentlemen working were having fun, hard at work, gave positive engagement and of course when I got home, the sandwich was made to quite literal perfection.
I do remember the store was very clean and like the other visits, you could feel the warmth in the atmosphere when walking in. Surely will be using this location as my to-go-to. Management should be very proud.

Ordered a Baja steak & Jack salad on door dash, asked for spinach no lettuce! I have more steak and other toppings than spinach and NO PEPPER JACK CHEESE!! Seriously not happy
