Ordered a Chicken Cheddar Deluxe NO Lettuce. When the sandwich was handed to me I said no Lettuce right? She took it back,opened it and it had Lettuce on it.
She went over took a new piece of bread, wiped the Lettuce off the other toppings and put it back on new bread. Got back to work to realize she didn’t even put Mayo back on it. Sooooo dry I called to complain, when I asked why every time I order no Lettuce they put it on anyway and the guy on the phone said, I Don’t know what to tell you!!! WOW is all I can say! I will not be returning to this cousins again as I have had other problems with this location. I go to the one in Kewaskum, 100% better than Plymouth!

You place order person taking order confirms what you want or don’t want on the subs and then they make it how they want anyways.
This is not first time either. It is to the point you have to open sandwiches before leaving and check them so they can remake how it was ordered. This is very frustrating. Getting to the point it is not worth going there

We picked up 2 subs for dinner last night. We were very disappointed! The bread was stale and dry!! Seriously could have been 5 days old, it was cracked and fell apart. Lettuce was brown. Ordered a chicken cheddar deluxe and there was nothing deluxe about it! 1 pc of cheese and 1 pc of bacon????? And I paid $9 for that. We won’t be going back to this Cousins again. I work out of town and we order Cousins once a week because it is so good. That location never disappoints us! Always fresh bread, just like Cousins advertises!

Many sub shops in town, this is probably the most expensive. Honestly, Cousin’s subs are pretty good…but they may as well steal your wallet at the register when charging…my son is a fan of the Philly cheesesteak…I’m pretty sure the footlong is like $30 almost…I mean come on…when did fast food go the way of sit down restaurant pricing?
