Refused to cook my wings more than one minute more than “recommended time” said it’s against the rules. It’s BS. He didn’t want to do it. Won’t be back. I refuse to pay 22 dollars for 12 wings to be raw when I get them. I asked for 12 minutes (extra 5) he refused. I asked for my money back. Horrible place officially done with Pizza Hut. As a chef, I’m disgusted by the way things are done here. Maybe drug screen your employees.

I ordered 2 pizzas from Pizza Hut in De Soto, MO through Door Dash. We ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza. It arrived with bbq sauce and cheese only. No chicken or bacon. I called Pizza Hut to have a new pizza made and they said they can’t provide a new pizza or refund because the order came through Door Dash. So eventhough Pizza Hut made a mistake by NOT following the order properly they don’t have to take any responsibility for it. Upon contacting Door Dash they can only refund me $7. The pizza was $23.56.

Takeout drive-thru first off refuse US currency 50.00 and that’s what pens or for to CK for fake money server brain claim s to be manager ticket 0016 9-15-2025 434pm they don’t deliver out side the city limits and can’t give u cororpets number or the owner of it’s a franchises I used to work for pizza hut 30 + years a go we went every were just about and it was further than the mile and a half 2 mile s from their location so all around terrible service ‼️‼️‼️‼️ but imos delivered to my house at both ends of rule DeSoto and I know pizza used to deliver to my old place and I was 3 1/2 miles from them so we will never order from pizza hut again I’ll buy store bought pizza next time ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Not sure about atmosphere cause I pickup at drive thru window but the Hut box personal pan and Hut Melts are good despite needing more toppings.

This Pizza Hut location is owned by a disorganized undercut owner. Every single time I order there is a mistake, products are missing, orders are incomplete, this communication issues, sometimes they don’t even show up for deliveries and say that they didn’t even realize the pizza was still sitting on the counter at the store! I don’t understand the work ethic these days….
