Ordered my food online opened the box and only 1 slice of my pizza had a few pepperonis on it. every other slice had 1 singular pepperoni on it and they had no marinara sauce

I ordered pizza for delivery and paid with two gift cards with the remaining charge to my credit card. They claimed that I still owed them over $46 and insisted that I needed to pay it to receive my order that I already paid for. The delivery driver called the store and the manager still tried to insist I owed this money. She said she could run my gift cards again. Then stated they were in there she just needed to approve them. Keep in mind it would not accept my online order until I covered the entire bill. Each time I added the gift card it told me how much was on the card and how much I still owed. Thus why I paid the remaining balance with my credit card. I do not appreciate having someone come to my door insisting I owe money I already paid. This location has lost my future business. The one on First Capitol has better pizza and doesn’t try to double charge people.

We ordered our pizza for take out on Saturday, and it was done quickly.
When we got home, it was clear it was done too quickly. The quality was terrible- the pizzas were 30% crust, the cheese wasn’t really on entire pizza or cheese bread, and the wings were poorly made. I took photos to show this.
I also don’t like the tipping suggestion for takeout. Papa John’s needs to pay their employees a reasonable wage when pizza costs 48 dollars for 4 people.
I am sure this was an off day, but like most things these days- they want the money, but they don’t have any quality.

Im confused as to why one person was scheduled to work alone the night before Halloween. I went to go pick up my pizza and there is one guy working alone managing like 10 orders as the phone was going off the hook and I was standing in the lobby with 5 others who were waiting. He was very nice to me and my order was hot and accurate, but he was visibly upset at the situation as I would be too because absolutely no reason one person should be running a whole store on one of probably the busiest weekends for pizza.

Pizza arrived 15 minutes late and was lukewarm. Garlic dipping sauce was broken and leaked all over the box. Second time ordering the Shaq pizza from this location and it will be the last time. We paid for a delivery and prepaid with a tip and got a miserable product and service. The delivery guy did not have a Papa John’s sign on his car so I assume it was a Door Dash delivery service. Bad, bad!

This store receives a 1 star because i experienced a racist, prejudice encounter when picking up my pizza for lunch. I hope I never have to visit this location again. The associate Mark was rude and disrespectful, he’s probably usually a good employee but he wasn’t with me.

Two out of three pizzas had the wrong toppings, one was the wrong crust; the thin crust had an inch plus around with no toppings/sauce/cheese, and the crust without that is like eating a thick, stale cracker; all three pizzas were cold. On the plus side, the new pepperoni was tasty.
