We picked up an order under Nick Cobb at about 9:40 last night and just wanted to say this is the best Pizza Hut order we’ve gotten in at least two years! The people were fantastic, the food was RIGHT, everything was hot, fresh and delicious. It’s not often that we’ve gotten good service or food in a while from fast food, and this was phenomenal. Yes I used phenomenal and Pizza Hut in the same sentence!!! Thank you very much for all the people that worked last night to make sure our order was right and delicious!!!!! I wish I would have remembered to get pics of everything but we were SO excited to eat! Also we got sauce for my naked wings and cheese sticks that was not old tasting too! Corporate y’all need to make sure you keep these people that worked last night because they delivered and made me a regular again!!!

The employees at this location simply do not care. My pizza was left sitting out of the oven on the counter getting cold while I was waiting to pick it up. They proceeded to not put bbq on my bbq pizza it has no sauce on it at all actually. And this is just this most recent issue. The manager doesn’t do anything to train or improve her employees they just throw everything together and then give you attitude when you’re there picking up the pizza.

I haven’t had Pizza Hut since it shut down in our town and this pizza didn’t disappoint!! When I walked inside the smell took me back! They were pretty busy and backed up with orders but very friendly staff.

The place was clean, organized, and had a welcoming vibe as soon as I walked in.
The manager Mrs. Tish especially stood out, very professional, friendly, and clearly in control of everything. She was respectful with the team, attentive to customers, and made sure orders were moving smoothly. It’s nice to see a manager who genuinely cares and leads by example.
Great energy overall, quick, friendly, and well-managed. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

I had reviewed this Pizza Hut once before then took it down to give them the benefit of the doubt but now it’s 3 strikes. They will get your order wrong every single time. Theyre either out of stuff or just get the order wrong completely. Last time I called with an issue they credited but didn’t even end the convo they just hung up. Tonight it was a pizza that was supposed to not have green peppers. Looked like it had extra green pepper. See the attached picture. ♀️Last time they sent no sauces. Time before that it was a different melt than what was ordered.

We ordered 6 pieces of chicken wing traditional. But when we received only 5 pieces plus the whole bone in there. It looks like someone ate that before they delivered to us. We will never order anything again from pizza hut.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Ordered from here last night. Told them I wanted marinara sauce and when the pizza arrived the marinara sauce had MOLD all on the top of it. I called and the manager said it was parsley and something else. This is NOT parsley or whatever else they put in it. This is MOLD!!!! MAKES ME WONDER HOW OLD THERE STUFF IS. THIS IS NOT SANITARY AT ALL!! I COULD OF BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL

I don’t know what this pizza hut has done but I remember this place being TRASH!!… For the past almost 6months or so now the place looks and smells clean, food is NOW ALWAYS RIGHT!! I have spent alot of money at pizza hut for my daughter’s 15 member dance team. My order was a wrecking ball. I spoke to the manager Ms.Tisha and she smiled and told me know worries and no extra charge and made sure my new fresh order was made in a timely manner and ahead of schedule. What a lifesaver Ms. Tisha and her crew was.
