This subway is not welcoming at all you walk through the doors and no one will say a word to you for several minutes. All it takes is “I’ll be right with you.” I’ve ordered on the app several times but it’s never even started until after I get there. Lastly there is no option for green chili on the app so after being treated very rudely in the store I asked them while making it if they could put green chili because there was no option on the app they said I needed to pay more which is crazy because I paid $8 for a 6 inch.

the food is mediocre but everywhere is like that. the service here is weird and uncomfortable. i don’t really care if employees have an attitude towards me, however, these sub artisans had bad attitude and gave it out to my family. grown adults treating little kids horribly. happened 2x this past two weeks

I will buy from this place again. I’m sure employs are ripping of people. I bought a beast sub for 13 dollars, but when I got home and noticed there’s hardly any meat in it. I went back later day or so ask kindly for remake, this lady has an attitude like others saying about employs.

I tried to order just a sandwich the other night around 7:30pm. I experienced bad customer service. Employee gave me attitude and made me feel so unwelcome. Like I was a problem. The store was not even busy at all for him to give me attitude. Employee didn’t wash hands as well before making my sandwich after cleaning. Both employees did not apologize for bad customer service. I felt disappointed due to how well customer service is normally good at Subway in kirtland.

Had an online order and went through the pick up window and the girl gave us our sandwiches only, no drinks and no chips (I ordered it)waited a while but they went back to helping inside people then had to actually go inside and grab our own chips and wait for the cups for our own drinks. I understand they were busy but when I got inside they ignored me as I was standing by the register with my email confirmation just waiting for the cups. I’ve ordered from this place before and picked up the same way but never had an issue
Update- June 18th ordered online said they don’t have cold cut combo at this location and that they’ll refund since they cant swap out the sandwich

They have nachos now and I ordered them but I didn’t want meat and still she says I can’t add extra vegetables they won’t customize it so all I was getting was a tiny bit of cheese and I didn’t want onion so I got tomatoes and that’s it that’s all they put on it it’s not worth it I don’t think I’ll eat at Subway ever again I’m fed up with that it it’s always something can’t enjoy your food if you can’t customize it if you are allergic to something or you just don’t like it that’s too bad you get it the way they say or leave.

I’m a huge Subway lover and I have been to many different Subway locations. This one is probably one of the worst.
The food has always been satisfactory to an extent but the service on the other hand is usually very dissatisfying. It seems to be this location’s goal to hire the rudest people they can find, I have had myself treated poorly, and I have watched many other patrons also be treated very poorly simply for existing in the store. There’s another Subway location just down the hill, a couple miles away, and I would much rather drive a little further to be treated nicely. Skip this location and go to the location that provides good service and friendliness.

I routinely order from this subway. I have always had a great experience. However, on my last visit i was ignored for 7 minutes and finally had to ask if they were open. They said they were and continued to prepare bread to be placed in the oven. After 10 minutes I was able to order, but was told they didnt have the bread I requested or any steak. I understand that businesses run out of stuff but this location had just barely opened. Very disappointed. Not sure I will use this subway again based on this experience.

I really dont why most of you complain and cry about service here at subway! Blah, blah blah this n that! Get your order right, and precise to what you want and don’t want! Then you’ll be satisfied, if not cook or make your own damn food at home!
It was packed today, two gals(didn’t get their names) but held it down like it was nothing! You guys rock and other places keeping it together, whether customers yap, cry or complain about every damn thing! Good job
