Me & my coworkers had lunch here & it was a very pleasant experience. The food was hot, fresh, & good. The server took care of us & kept our drinks full. Forgot to get picture of the food but the pork chops were huge (had enough to take home). The sides were well made & tasted great. I had to take the Red Velvet cake home. It was big enough to share for sure & had a great taste. Will absolutely be back. Prices seemed very reasonable. Dining room is a casual “home cooking” style, but clean & well maintained.

My family and I went here for the first time today on Mother’s Day, while visiting from out of State. We had an excellent experience! The amount of food they give us was amazing, the taste, the quality was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! These beautiful ladies waited on us, while we relaxed and enjoyed our family while we ate home cooked AMAZing southern food! Definitely recommend 100%& we will definitely come back here when we visit South Carolina again! Ty Pinckney’s for a happy joyful experience!!

This is the best home style cooking restaurant I have ever been to. It is an underrated gem in this community. I’m not a huge fan of corn bread, but im in love with this recipe

I made my first visit to Pinckney’s. It definitely won’t be my last. You really need to go if you want some home cookin’. The fried chicken and pork chop were so good. You have several choices for sides. I had the collard greens, squash casserole, and cabbage. It was all good. It reminded me of eating Sunday dinner back home. And don’t worry if you want to try more sides because it’s all you can eat. You can’t leave this place and still be hungry. All this and the staff is super nice. You are missing out if you don’t drop in.

My husband and I were driving from Charlotte North Carolina down to Alabama for a National Enduro Race. Around lunch time we were passing through North Augusta. We love to support local business, and we found this gem about nine minutes off the exit. We had pork chops, pulled pork, hash and rice, collard greens, lima beans, shrimp casserole, cornbread, and tea! All delicious and worth the drive away from the fast food offerings on the exit. You should give them a try!

This is one of the best hidden gems right out in the open. If you are going fast down Rt 25 towards Edgefield, SC, you’re going to miss it. By far the best down home cooking restaurants in the CSRA. The portions are gigantic and nothing from a box. Cornbread that melts in your mouth. Dessert this day was Mango Cake was shared by three of us. Yes it was that big!
