Not sure why they have people who don’t want to work there. I was trying to add more Pupusas to my order and pay I mean they are not free correct me if I’m wrong? the cashier said my order was already started what?!!!So you rather lose a sale than take a new order forget it I guess your rather lose a sales.
Same for the lady making the Pupusas this place is running with attitude and very bad customer service not sure if they are aware of the people they have working there I’m sure there other places to choose during this pandemic and trying to help my local businesses but if I’m going to be having to deal with this forget it.

So I came few months ago horrible experience but I came back other day and all new staff management etc and I had a great experience. The new man in charge (manager? Owner?) Was really nice and very helpful the pupusas were good the service was good glad I gave this place another chance.

The lady had an attitude too early in the morning. I got 4 pupusas revueltas and 2 were burnt and all 4 were thick and not flavorful at all. I wanted to order other items from their menu but she didnt have anything other than pupusas at that moment. Theres no parking either. Always wanted to try the food here and now that i did, i wont be going back.

The food is great and at a decent price. Fridays and Saturdays they have a group playing and they also do karaoke, Spanish only. It’s a fun place to be but it’s mostly older people, still fun though.

The price for the pupusas is great but the service is horrible my family being coming to then since they had the order location. But now they are rude, they make u wait plus I made an order of 35 pupusas that I was going to donate to a charity and just because we got there a little late they sold it to another person. This is horrible

Horrible service, rude, dirty employees, never come back. The cashier handles money, touches everything around here, then she touches your food. I will report them. I see all people here talk about cheap food, great staff, yea, they are great if you dont complain about how dirty it is and the way they handle your food. Be real people, report what you see, be honest

I was around the area today and decided to go get some pupusas. I got 2 cheese and 1 revuelta. I ate the revuelta one first and it was good but when I was eating the cheese one I noticed that it had a fly. I ended up throwing away the 2nd cheese pupusa.
