Reviews
When my food was dropped off by a stockier gentleman wearing a Polo shirt and a goatee, I politely asked for an extra side of ranch. Instead of a basic, professional response, I was met with visible irritation, an eye roll, and a rude attitude that made it very clear my request was an inconvenience. Basic courtesy should not be optional in a customer-facing role.
What made this experience truly unacceptable, however, happened shortly afterward. While I was trying to locate the restroom, I overheard this same employee speaking to another staff member and referring to me using derogatory language related to my weight. Hearing an employee mock a customer’s appearance, especially within earshot, is beyond unprofessional and deeply disrespectful.
This behavior goes far beyond a bad day or poor service. It reflects a serious lack of respect, professionalism, and basic decency. No customer should be made to feel humiliated or judged simply for existing in your establishment.
I hope management takes this seriously, because experiences like this ensure that customers do not return, and they certainly do not recommend your restaurant to others.
We missed the instructions that we were to view the menu and then go back to the check-in station to place our orders. We ordered cheeseburgers with the mistaken assumption they would be cooked well done. In any event it looks like a nice place just be aware of their serving arrangements. Even though the burger was cooked medium it was tasty, unfortunately the fries were extra salty. It takes a while to get the kitchen running smoothly. We will try again in a few months as it is a friendly place with free !
