Absolutely loved my visit to Cinnaholic! The cinnamon buns are incredibly delicious — fresh, warm, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and relaxing, making it a great place to stop in and enjoy a treat. What really stood out was the fantastic customer service. The team had such great energy, were welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I would like to start off with that the staff were extremely friendly! However, it seems as though they are severely undertrained due to no fault of their own. I went in to order two cinnamon rolls and two lattes, one hot and one cold, it seems as though no one properly trained them on how to use the espresso machine. It also looks as though the espresso machine has not been properly programmed as the single shot button was stopping after 3 seconds of pressing it. A normal shot time range is 20-30 seconds. So the employees kept pressing the single shot button which created a very watery “double shot”. Definitely only 2-3 ounces of coffee was given for a pulled double shot, also believe that the double shot was not correctly programmed on the weight and time of the pull itself. The machine is an extremely nice machine as well as the grinder, unfortunately, I don’t think anyone knows how to make espresso from a true, industrial machine. Also, this is the second time my boyfriend has come and ordered a hot latte and it was given to him in a plastic cup. I’m not sure if maybe the hot cups are on back order and/or hot cups are not ordered at all, but no one wants a hot latte in a plastic cold cup. With all this said, I love the cinnamon rolls and will definitely be back for them; however, I’m not so sure on the coffee until they are able to get trained on it. Also, I would like to note that I understand this is mainly a food establishment; however, if you’re going to offer beverages like coffee, I believe you should try to learn how to make it properly.

I surprised my twins in coming here because the Alpharetta location closed unexpectedly I’d been looking forward to this for a few weeks. It was definitely different from what we’re accustomed to (not in a good way). The employees were nice after they spoke to you (they saw us walk in and didn’t say anything. I had to initiate the conversation in saying hello). The way that the atmosphere was set up and how it looked (cell phones and tablet laid out while someone was watching either a show or movie), it felt like we were intruding on their day.
The food was amazing as always but it was definitely not the experience that we’re accustomed to. While we LOVE Cinnaholic, we probably won’t be returning to this location.

I was in the area and wanted a dessert so I decided to give Cinnaholic a try. I had no idea what to expect so imagine my surprise!! I was greeted immediately upon entering. After finding out it was my first time, I was given several recommendations which was helpful but made it that much harder to choose. You can also do a build-your-own but my husband and I went with the signature rolls…I got the Shake Rattle and Roll. My husband went with the Apple Pecan Pie Roll. Pricing is not too bad considering all the toppings you get. My only regret is that I didn’t eat it there so the bananas on my roll was a little dark by the time I got home, several hours later. But it was still good!!

Absolute worst store I have ever ordered from. I am done giving these clowns any chance at all. They never get orders right, they never get it done timely and if they do they give you half of what you ordered at most and they will randomly cancel your orders, it is not worth it. I will pay a little extra to order from the other Cinnaholic near here, and you should too. These people do not care whatsoever.

Very disappointed with cinnaholic today. Purchased a cinnamon roll and it was extremely small compared to the normal size. I asked if the cinnamon rolls were being made smaller and the man helping me was very rude and dismissive. The customer service was horrible. Another gentleman attempted to assist me and he was stopped. I was so disgusted with the customer service that I threw the cinnamon roll in the trash before leaving the establishment. I will never return to this location.

Fantastic experience at this location on a Tuesday afternoon. The staff were so hospitable, patient and accommodating. They offered samples without request and carefully packaged our food to go to be eaten soon and then the others for later on. Everything was packed with care. We ordered 2 cookie monsters, 2 apple peacan pie and a strawberry shortcake cinnamon roll. They were superb. They were topped to the nines but not over bearing. We loved everything and will be back soon.

We really like this place because our kids have a restricted diet and their ingredients are quality. Our kids can’t have high fructose corn syrup or any artificial colors and Cinnaholic caters to that! Had the banana chocolate chip bread was amazing!!

First, great employees. When we walked in we were greeted and ask if we had any questions. The dark haired female employee was more than happy to explain the menu and some of her favorites. We made a decision and watched as they used Fresh ingredients To create our items.
I also wanted a coffee but there was none. The male employee was happy to make it. I wasn’t a fan of the coffee itself but the employees attitude made up for it.
The toppings were good but I like a softer Cinnamon bun, a preference.
Those cinna cookies though!!!! Magnificent. Soft and tasty. You should definitely sell those online.
The location is nice and the seating by the window has outlets and wireless charging.

When I walked in there was only one employee who was assisting another customer. Once he finished with her he proceeded to work on what appeared to be a to go order. He did eventually greet me. He advised me of the speciality rolls they had, but also let me know I could customize one. After taking some time to look over the menu I opted for the Shake Rattle. And roll. This roll includes peanut butter frosting fresh bananas, pretzels and peanut butter cups- along with 1,032 calories!!! I ordered my roll to go. I ran to the rest room and by the time I came out it was ready!
I could not wait to try this so I opted to eat it in the comforts of my car! Let me tell you- this roll was so tasty! I tasted every ingredient noted and it made my taste buds sing!! The cinnamon rolls was soft, gooey, and full of flavor. It is so hard to believe that it lacks all the typical ingredients of baked goods.
Please note that they also offer other delights. In addition to cinnamon rolls, Cinnaholic offers cookies, brownies, and edible cookie dough!! I also saw a drink freezer and pretty sure they sell coffee too.
I would highly recommend checking this spot out if you are in search of a sweet treat. It is a unique and delicious choice if you are in the area.
