Drive through yesterday and today.
Ordered meal with chese quesadia. One no meat soft taco and diet soda. Received regular soda and meat taco which went into thhey upsold me for the meal deal, which was fine.
6 person taking the order through the speakers did not seem to understand what I was ordering. She kept asking someone else. I ordered the same meal deal as yesterday. But made even more clear no meat and diet soda.
Pops up on the electronic order board as meat taco. Got her to correct it.
And the order came out correctly this time. The soft taco did not make it to the office, I ate it on the way.
The food is fine. Need a bit of tweaking on the order and order accuracy. Just check your order. Service 6 I do think Taco Bell has upped its food game a bit. At least this one. The store is very new. I did not rate the atmosphere as it was a drive through.

We absolutely love taco bell and nice from the belvedere location to this one, it started out great but as time went on there were mistakes in order almost Everytime which I can look over sometimes but it’s more common.
I was eating my 5 layer burrito and felt something hard and when I inspected it was a piece of plastic from the corner of a bag it looks like. I’m so disappointed I never thought I would see something as careless as this!

It’s clean, it’s Taco Bell. Staff is horrendous. Walked in and they stared at me like I was a problem for wanting food. I patiently waited at register and they just stood not working not approaching me just staring. Funny enough after they talked to me and gave my order they asked me to leave a review. I said “yeah I’m leaving one”. She asked if I wanted her name so I could shout her out I said yeah what is it and then she said one moment and walked to the back. Never came back to the front. I actually couldn’t stop laughing to myself this staff is so awful. I would gladly work here and help them revamp the store I love Taco Bell. Hate to see this place as such a disgrace.

What a horrible service I have never experienced such a horrible service in my life. I ordered my food after 30 minutes. I asked for my food and they were still making it. I thought Taco Bell’s was a fast food restaurant. I’ve waited less for a freshly cooked steak. We have to stop hiring these people that don’t even speak English.

I ordered Crunchwrap with Cheez-It.
I drove home and that’s when I discovered this is a regular Crunchwrap…….. and I want what I want, so I drove back to the Taco Bell to get my Cheez it Crunchwrap. This lady tells me, I have to buy the food I ordered again. And maybe…. Taco Bell will refund me.
( I’d driven to another location b/c I was hungry and wanted to eat….. the location in question had a line onto the highway so I left, went back to the place I ordered from)
I told her she gave me the wrong food, and she made the right food with animosity and attitude. It came out so quickly!!! I drive up away from the drive thru window, to check my food for I would like to eat this evening only to discover the soggiest food I have ever seen or tried to touch ever.
It’s gross.

My food looks like it’s been dipped in thier sink, or toilet. Whatever is closer to the kitchen.

Its a taco bell. So you should know what to expect. BUT! They are consistent. They actually have not messed up my order. Whether I ordered on the app or in drive thru. The customer service is actually nice as well! I know it sounds like a surprise but let’s be real, most of the fast food places around here are fairly average.
