We really enjoyed the food at The Flavor Lab. I’m picky when it comes to wings – and I really liked the buffalo wings. Great sauce flavor and they were cooked to perfection. I agree with all the good reviews about the fries – hot and crispy – and they give you a full serving. We actually liked the simplicity of the dining room. There’s a large window where you can see the food being cooked. Not too many restaurants do that. The tables were clean and the employees were nice. I’d eat here again.

My 3rd time and still the best! The salad is 2 meals depending on how you eat. Wings are done. Not dry and hard and the lettuce was fresh. I can always tell when lettuce is bad because I will bring it back up. Not the case with this place. Thanks for my food.

This was my first visit and I really enjoyed the food. Nothing was greasy and the flavors & seasoning weren’t overpowering. The chicken wings weren’t hard either. Will be going back. The service was quick and the employees didn’t mind giving suggestions on what to try. A great experience all the way around.

The food here was absolutely amazing! I had the Philly steak combo, which included the sandwich, fries, and chicken wings/legs.
The fries were a satisfying crispy on the outside, and a soft, fluffy and fresh inside!
The chicken wings I had were spicy peach, and although it wasn’t overly spicy, it tasted great!
Then finally but not least, the Philly steak was absolutely stunning! Incredibly strong and well-marinated flavor, along with being incredibly juicy and tender. I’d highly recommended this option, although I wish it included more of those yummy fries.
Customer service was great as well! A very friendly lad!
In all honesty, the atmosphere is a bit bland, although we came here specifically for the food.
All in all, I highly recommend this place!

The food and service was AMAZING!!!! The wings were fresh and flavorful. The wait time was exceptional as well. We got our food super quick. The hot and spicy wings are my favorite and a must try. My family and I will definitely be back!!!

We got the TFL burger, waffle fries, sweet and spicy wings. Portions are good size. We had enough to take home. Can’t rave about it enough.

Stop by the restaurant at 9:30 pm sign says close at 10:30 pm. A worker didn’t want to take my order because she said she started cleaning the grill. I said you have a whole hour before you. Close… why be open if you can’t order what you want to eat. Maybe the hours should be adjusted to reflect the workers schedule and not the operating hours.

Overall, it was a great experience. First the food was amazing! Great flavor and made fresh to order (so there is a little of a wait but it is worth it). The wings are bigger and have lots of meat. There are 5 tables for inside dining and 5 bar height chairs. Our only point to say they can improve upon is we were a table of 4 adults. 2 of the adults got their meals 30 mins before the other 2 so we couldn’t eat at the same time. The explanation was to go orders and dine in orders go came in at the same time and some to go orders over lapped ours. Still they should try to get a table that all paid together on one bill, all the food out at the same time so the family can eat together. This isn’t enough to stop us from coming back or at least ordering To Go so the order will be ready all at the same time.

The quality of the food definitely makes up for the customer service I received at 8pm sat night. Food was great but the experience makes me not even want to go back. What made me upset the most is the fact I spent $20 on the steak and cheese combo that comes with a drink as advertised. Which is very misleading and pricey to not be able to get a bottled soda. So when I brought it the ladys attention with no hair and a pimple patch she was being very condescending about the situation because I’m the only customer that made a complaint about receiving a fountain drink in 2 yrs as she say. So due to the fact it’s not advertised I asked could she honor it and allow me to get a bottle soda instead she said no they are extra. Mind you I already tipped them $3. So help me make sense of this.
If a steak and cheese with fries cost $9.99 and a six piece wing cost $4.99 and a drink is only $2.39 how is it the steak and cheese w/ wings fries and a drink $20 but a bottle soda is not included because it cost extra. If this is the case that 19.99 combo is a scam because ain’t no way a fountain soda should cost $5. So not only I felt robbed out of my hard earned money I had to deal with a condescending employee who couldn’t even greet me when I walked in. Only thing she could say was “did you order online.” So the customer service was trash in my experience I did not feel welcomed and I also felt robbed after leaving a $3 tip. Ain’t much but it was something. So to whom it may concern I need you to add fountain drinks to the menu because it clearly doesn’t state that especially for that $19.99 combo I’m sorry some of us don’t want no flat watered down soda by the time we get to our destination when we ordered our food Togo. This was my first experience and I was robbed. Robbed of my money, food, and dignity it will be some time before I ever go back. It definitely won’t be night shift if I do.
