Ordered a pizza with white sauce, it got no sauce. We call up there, guy gets an attitude with us. Says he made it, and that the sauce had something to do with how he missed the spinach and that the cheese is the problem. Yeah because that makes sense… So I literally pulled the cheese off, and can wipe my finger on the bread. No sauce AT ALL. So dude just lied to me. I guess we ordered at a time they already decided to break down, and that makes us an annoyance. Horrible service, food is WRONG, and this is all I can do about it. Thanks Marcos for no sauce, and an attitude. Here are pictures and video proof. As you can see, I wipe my finger on the pizza crust and there is nothing but bread. It’d be one thing to mess up and admit, or at least show any sort of customer service skills, but just straight lying about it…. Come on man.

The food is still good it is the portion size that creates the issue. There is barely enough toppings to cover the pizza. You have to take meat from another slice to be enough for a slice. I get it that the price for everything has gone up BUT if they want to keep customers they have to give us reasons to do business with them and not the competition. Shorting us is NOT the way. They way that the slices used to be covered with toppings was what made me a devoted customer over my previous pizza place. Now I am searching for another. Will possibly go back to my old place.
