We came here for grand opening and had a blast. Nicholas was our bartender and we enjoyed some good food/drinks/gaming.

They offer a great menu with a very nice location right off Warm Springs and Decatur.

Lots of tvs for us sports fans, a pool table and plenty of seating. A lot of eye candy too

Unfortunately PT’s is such a big company that this review will not matter and nothing will be done. This review will be about the lady who was bartending on 9/11/25 around 1pm with the honey or caramel hair. Big boned woman. This will be my second interaction with her as I do not go to this location often. Overall review of this bartender. If you walk in and see her. Do not be fooled by the friendly demeanor of her “Hello.” That will be the only time she talks to you. If you have worked in customer service and also respect people who give great customer service. Please, do yourself a favor and leave at that point. Whether it be busy or no one else in there. This bartender will ignore you and keep to herself. Until someone she’s knows comes in and she’ll end up talking up a storm with them continuing to ignore you. Usually many other PT’s I’ve been to. They’ll check up on you once in a while. Check if you’re ok, see if you need anything or would like a refill on your drink. Within the 2 times I’ve went to this location and had the unfortunate circumstance that she is my bartender. Whether it be slow but mostly when there is people she knows, she just ignores me, doesn’t check if I’d like a refill when the drink is sitting empty near my machine and so on. I’ve had a few other bad experiences at this PT’s before but this one pretty much helped me reach a boiling point. This bartender should not be in a bar or at least should not be customer facing. She’ll treat who she knows like royalty and continue to check on and refill drinks for them but if you are a random person you will be a hinderance and she will have nothing to do with you. Even though I barely go here. This is definitely the last time I will come to this location. Horrible service overall and she was the one to put the final nail in the coffin.

We came in to pass time before our reservation by playing pool. When we enter there’s literally 5 ppl. 3 guest and 2 ladies at the very end talking. We patiently waited, after 2 mins, one of the ladies walked towards us, softly speak, did whatever on the cash register, quickly turned around to start walking and quickly said I’ll be here with you. In total we waited what seem like forever but really was about 5/6 mins. We just left. I can understand if your just, but literally on 3 guest. Customer service is horrible. I defiantly won’t be back.

I was visiting my daughter in Las Vegas and we ordered take out two nights from here during my 5 day stay. The food is so good! I recommend the Pub Burger and Pot Stickers. The pizza is very good too. I’m sure everything on the menu is tasty.

Lady that served me had a nice tone but constantly interrupted me. Food was 3/5 atmosphere was 4/5. I went to the bathroom for 2 minutes and she threw away my food I had in my to go box so I’m not sure why I should leave a good review since they threw away my money. I won’t return but good atmosphere.

Just had lunch with Ashley M. Every now and then, you encounter a person so good at their job that you are instantly loyal and extremely happy to go back, just because they are there. That was me today. Thanks for making a normal lunch stop very memorable. I’ve never been so happy to lose $300.

We just had an appetizer and drinks to watch the game. The server was also the bartender but she seemed to keep up good. The appetizer was mostly fried foods. It took a bit long but we weren’t in a rush. Drinks were good.

Ordered the app sampler. Didn’t want the fried shrimp and asked to substitute it. You can only sub for more of another option already part of the platter. Food seemed lightly fried. Server was awesome. Personality and great attentiveness. Atmosphere is like any PTs.
