FHS is always delicious! I did try their new Cuban sandwich and it is good, but honestly, I’ve had better Cuban sandwiches elsewhere.
After having visited a few different FHS locations, I do like how each individual store has a unique flare relative to where it’s located. This is most prevalent in the store mural.

First time visiting and tried the Jamaican Jerk Turkey on wheat. The sandwich was really good, and the right amount of everything on it. Was not at all dry and very filling. If you get a combo, you can get any cup, and don’t have to pay extra for a larger drink, like most places charge.

Terrible experience. I came in hoping for a quick bite, but the atmosphere was chaotic. It looked like they had a large order or were short-staffed. One of the employees, a Black woman, was extremely rude she was cussing loudly, arguing with a customer at the counter, and snapping at her coworker in front of everyone. She kept saying they were new and that the manager had left them alone to deal with everything, but that doesn’t excuse her behavior. At one point, she told the other employee she was going to walk out and leave him to handle it all. It was incredibly unprofessional and made the entire experience uncomfortable. I won’t be returning.

I found this place through T-MOBILE Tuesday. When we first got there, it wasn’t too busy. When we were ordering that’s when it started to get more busier. We ordered a total of five orders but I swear to you, the person that placed our order was extremely rude and was EXTREMELY annoyed. He made us feel so pressured and rushed. He had the worst customer service. After we got all our orders, we saw this. Our sandwiches we horrible. They had no meat and more sauce than anything. I would have loved this if it had more meat. I’m not talking extra meat, I’m saying more meat than I got. There was literally like 2 pieces of meat in there. They were so backed up on their orders i understand but add rude and HORRIBLE customer service. No thanks. I will never return to this place!

Terrible experience. I think the manager’s name is Natalie—she had a horrible attitude and zero professionalism. Then a tall guy named “Drew” literally said out loud that he hates the customers. Who says that while working?
Extremely rude staff. If they’re comfortable talking like that in front of people, I can only imagine how they treat customers behind the scenes. Not worth supporting a place that treats paying customers like an inconvenience.

My first time here. I has ordered the spicy Cajun chicken and asked if had onions. The cashier told me yes and I asked if I can have without and I thought she put in the system. I drove home and the first thing I taste is onions. I tried taking out but you could still taste the onions. I tried to call the store and it’ll ring a few times then go silent with no response.
