Had the cantina chicken taco. Barely had any of the melted cheese on the shell, employees acted like we interrupted their personal conversations when we had to ask for our cups after we got our food.

All the food was thrown in the bag . I ordered cravings box it was given to me with out the box also my Gordita crunch was destroyed upon opening it fell to pieces. My order was $50 I was missing food when I went back in staff was cursing not family friendly. The cheese quesadilla was melted to the bag this is my 3 rd experience so this is common for them. My chips were all crushed at the bottom at this point they don’t care about quality which is very unfortunate since that’s what matters in fast food joints!!!!!! Also the line wasn’t even long just me and one another car. ♀️ Do better I will be driving all the way to Mount Joy if I want Taco Bell

I ordered nachos bell grande. I think the chips were from the bottom of tge bag…all small broken pieces.
We ate inside and the longer we were there the grosser the place got. The ENTIRE dining room and bathroom floor was filthy. The drink station was dirty and wet. I can’t say I’ll be back.

Walking in here is like entering a witness protection program—nobody acknowledges your existence. You could perform a full Broadway musical, and they’d still take their sweet time. And when they do show up, some staff act like you just asked them to solve world hunger. Honestly, this place needs a pep talk… or maybe a time machine so service actually catches up to the 21st century. Do better, folks.

We did not eat dinner and did not want to cook. Taco Bell to the rescue. Overall we were happy. Went at 10pm (yes a very late dinner). They ran out of something we ordered and made some substitutions. I had to wait a little longer than I wanted but on the flip side the fries and other food was hot. So I think I was waiting for things to cook. I would rather wait 5 minutes for good fries than wait 30 seconds for bad fries. They gave me a coupon for my wait so it was fine. My wife had the side that was potato’s and she liked it. I also liked the fries. The service was friendly.

Spent $45.00 at Taco Bell. I asked for no sour cream on our food and no cheese on all the food for my family it was repeated back to me “no sour cream on the crunch wraps and no cheese on the hard shell tacos” we get our order and there was cheese and sour cream on everything…

This is the BEST Taco Bell food I’ve ever had! The crunchwraps had some weight to them, there were proper servings of all the ingredients in there! This was what a crunchwrap should be, I will be thinking of it for months to come.
If every Taco Bell could make it this good every time, they’d sure get a lot more of my money. Definitely a 5 star Taco Bell if there ever was one.

I like Taco Bell food, but you can only order at the touch-screen kiosks. Everyone’s busy working in the back so it’s not common to see someone behind the counter.
