Too many times I’ve come here & gotten over cooked bread. I know it’s not jimmy johns but for real if I want crunchy bread I’d have ordered a toasted sub. It’s always “they’re all like this”, “it just how they are” etc etc. Ok, fine, but if crusty crunchy bread isn’t your thing, go somewhere else it’s not worth the $11 imo

My husband and daughter got a sub today from this location. The lady at the front register was in a horrible mood to start with. The guy making the meatball sub disappeared in the back so we didn’t get to see the sub until we got home. Needless to say the most important part of the meatball sub (the meatballs) was lacking. I don’t think there was a whole meatball inside. Just looked like a half of one all cut up in weird chunks. My daughter asked for vinegar and opened her sub to a thoroughly vinegar-soaked sandwich. Overall bad customer service and even worse food. We won’t be visiting again.

Why can I not order a kids meal on the app. I ordered my meal at 101 tried to pick up at 115 but asked if I can add a kids meal because it’s not on the app. I was directed inside where I had to wait in line and did not get my daughtersmeal until 150. What is the purpose of the app if I cannot get what I want to order? This has been a reoccurring issue. This is not a specialty item. I tried to talk to the manager who was not helpful and could not tell me why I couldn’t order the kids meal. Unfortunately this is going to lead me to take my business elsewhere

Hands-down, the best jersey Mike’s in the CSRA and I would say the Southeast at least . Corporate should literally have these guys go around the country training other workers on how to make sandwiches ! When you go to other locations, they act like they’re scared to put anything on the sandwich. They put a little bit of lettuce a little bit of tomato a little bit of this , little bit of that . These guys at this location do not mess around , they are gonna load your sandwich up !

Jersey Mike’s just turned my whole day around! Seriously, I walked in feeling totally blah, but Oliver and Preston were so friendly and efficient, it was impossible not to smile. And the sub? Absolutely perfect. Everything was fresh, the bread was soft, and the flavors were incredible. These guys didn’t just make a sandwich; they made my day a whole lot better. Five stars all the way!

Staff were extremely nice and efficient. Both team members greeted me as I entered the store, helped me make a selection, dressed my sub, and had me ready to check out in no time– all with a smile. I appreciate the friendly service, and my well-made sandwich (The Original Italian) hit the spot.
