I really like Four Shadows. The bar has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. It is a great place to watch sports because there are many TVs and a lively crowd. The food is tasty, especially the wings, the spicy chicken wrap, and the sweet potato tots. The drinks menu is good, with a variety of beers and cocktails. The staff are very nice and attentive, making you feel at home. The bar has a strong sense of community, and you can tell the owner cares about the customers. It can get busy during game days, but that makes the experience even more exciting. Overall, Four Shadows is a fun place to relax, enjoy good food, and watch your favorite teams. I will definitely come back again.

I am from out of town and I have a go to wing spot where I live. Always try wings when traveling but rarely am I impressed compared to home. Had the hot Buffalo wings at Four Shadows and was finally impressed with a wing outside of my normal go to. Wow, these were served hot (temp), fresh and the spice wasn’t crazy hot but just right for buffalo. The service was impeccable, had one of the owners Rob and Kyle behind the bar and they were so attentive and welcoming. Always checking with us to accommodate any need we may have. Highly recommend Four Shadows, great wings, great staff. I don’t want to leave this place!

Great time. Great food. Great service!! Highly recommend! Even during the day, the food was delicious. Best nachos ever! Add the chicken! You won’t regret it! Lots of TVs if you want to watch sports. Plenty of street parking.

This is our absolute favorite place when visiting Chicago. Cozy, Cheers type atmosphere, delicious food and generously poured drinks. The staff is friendly and attentive, and make you feel right at home. Love 4S!!

Love this place. The staff and owner are welcoming and you can tell they really try to create a good time for their guests. If you’re an Iowa fan, this place is a must but plan ahead because it fills up quickly for games. If I lived closer this place would be my regular bar, but I’ll definitely make the trip back soon!

Great corner bar for Iowa and any other games you could want to watch. It’s owner operated so you know he takes pride in the place and watches over it. Can get a little packed on game days, so get there early to secure a spot.

The absolute best bar in Chicago. The food is amazing (get the sweet potato tots!). The vibes are immaculate. Extremely welcoming and hard working staff. Highly recommend going for an Iowa football game – Rob makes every game day experience top notch! My friends and I have been going to Four Shadows for over a decade and we’ll be going for many more decades to come!!

Added this after the owner’s reply to my review: Please read their reply to this review and their replies to other negative reviews. That is telling enough that you should avoid this place. These guys think they are the best and cannot handle reality.
