The food was great! When it was correct… ordered a chicken sandwich with pepper jack lettuce and onions. It arrived with Swiss cheese, tomato and lettuce. When i told the man working the counter he said they would fix it. They bring it back out to us with pepper jack thrown over the melted Swiss on the original chicken. The pepperjack isn’t really melted. I dont mind using the same chicken but at least scrap off the old Swiss. Staff was apologetic though. Our other food was yummy. But over all atmosphere was kinda dirty.

I had the Great American Burger and fries. The burger was well done as requested. The wilted lettuce was a nice touch and the fries were warm not hot. Wish I had gone across the street for a whopper, less expensive. It was a $16 lesson learned. Tea was good.

Being from Winston, I had never heard of this place. I am glad I got to come here because it’s definitely worth the drive. Located in a strip mall with ample parking, you immediately see the ample outdoor seating and people enjoying their meals. Then you walk inside and the place is huge. Lots of tables and booths in a very warm inviting atmosphere. The colors are soft and the wall art makes it almost look like an art gallery. They have a great menu with salads, pizzas and burgers. Even though I am on a diet, their Mushroom Swiss Cheese Burger was speaking to me. With fresh lettuce and a thick tomato slice, melted Swiss and hot sautéed mushrooms, my burger was a perfect medium and every bite made me feel like I was at someone’s backyard BBQ getting a burger fresh off the grill. It’s a decent size with a sesame seed bun. I chose the homemade rosemary chips with Cesar as my side. They were crispy potato chips with great flavor. I also got the soup of the day which was the minestrone……..Mama Mia….I should have gotten a bowl instead of a cup! I was taken back to my buddy’s Italian home when his mom used to make this soup for us! I swear I thought she was back in that kitchen somewhere. This place is great for solo, couples or groups. If they put the same love they did making my burger as they do the rest of their menu, then you are in for a treat! Came here on a Saturday around 5pm with 3 adults and 1 child. Be prepared that you will order before you sit down and they give you a beeper for once your food is ready. We did not wait too long for the food to be ready and there were plenty of options on where to sit as it was not crowded at all. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap with the onion soup. I enjoyed my soup very much and the wrap was fine. My husband order the southwest chicken sandwich and he was not impressed. My sister ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with onion rings and she was happy with her meal. She said the onion rings were seasoned well. She also ordered the vanilla shake which was average tasting. My son had the Mac and cheese and the fruit. The Mac and cheese looked like Kraft macaroni, but my son did eat it. I will say that the bathrooms could use some good cleaning. Overall, it was not a bad experience, but nothing special.

I love this place, but today not so much. They messed up my boyfriend’s pizza twice, and then brought it out messed up again. i’ll insert a pic. He asked for a pepperoni add black olive on half. It was not a good pizza either, I personally didn’t like mine and only ate a few pieces because I had already spent 30 dollars on the dinner. Overall not a good experience today and am disappointed.

Great food, good atmosphere. Customer service was excellent. It was only me, but they took good care of my. The men’s bathroom did have a lake leak from the ceiling that kept splashing on me while I used the urinal, but other than that, it was a perfect experience.

I normally don’t write reviews. This was My Family and I first time here. It’s nothing fancy but it was nice. We had a big group (12) there was enough seating for us and our food came out fairly quick. There was an issue with our pizza being dropped (things happen) The lady at the counter was very nice and apologetic. They already had a new pizza in the oven and offered us chips or fries while we waited. Which the pizza came out in no time, she even brought it to us and apologized again and asked if we needed anything else. The young man busing tables was very friendly and helpful. I wish I would have got their names to give them kudos but they unfortunately don’t have name tags.

I hate leaving low reviews but this restaurant used to be one of my favorites in Kernersville until yesterday after having a bad experience. Order was incorrect in more ways than one. Tables were disgusting with dirty dishes still on them, workers just standing around talking. They were also out of silverware and it was 4:00 in the afternoon so I had to eat my salad with a plastic fork. Food was $65.00, which usually I don’t mind spending there but after the experience yesterday, I will not be going back. Food quality seemed to have gone down a bit as well.

I ordered a pizza that said it was a Margarita pizza which usually comes with mozzarella, basil, and fresh tomato slices. However my pizza came out like a kid’s cheese pizza, the manager was quick to fix and gave me the correct Pizza I was looking for which was the bruschetta. Thank you so much!!

The Loop restaurant has a mixture of sandwiches, soups, and pizza. The burgers are good and service is very good. I eat here on a regular basis and they are consitent. I recommend any of the burgers. Others in my party had the pizza trip and all had very good things to say.
