My fiancé and I ordered from here for the first time we got the tasty deal not knowing their menu we asked the guy on the phone to give us the recommended sides. Everything was so good!! Normally food out to eat is never as good as home cooking but this place did not disappoint! The sauce on the island rice should be bottled and sold !! We all loved it even our one year old baby enjoyed the food!

I’m from out of town. I was looking for something nearby and this popped up on Google maps. I saw one review and recommendation and thought, “why not?” Turned out to be a good decision. I got the Shrimp Boat and a side of cabbage. Shrimp Boat hit the spot and the cabbage was delicious. My only regret was not getting more cabbage. Don’t be put off by the exterior of the place. He hasn’t been there long. The menu is small but a good variety. Something for everyone, I’m thinking. If I’m in the area again, I’m definitely coming back.

This is a little gem tucked into a hole-in-the-wall jacket. The food was amazing! We live right down the street and, I’m sad to say, passed by it everyday with nary a thought. Let me tell you, this is a jewel of a restaurant and the owner/cook is so outgoing and friendly! We will definitely make this a regular haunt. Great food and great prices. Highly recommend!!

I ran into this place on my way home today. Saw the grand opening sign and thought I’d give it a whirl. Excellent choice! Had a catfish sandwich and fries. The fish was deep fried perfectly and had a crunchy Cajun type coating. Honestly probably the best fish sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. Recommend you check it out.

Today i ordered the 2 piece fish with rice and corn. My rice was omg over seasoned with the season y’all use it taste just like garlic my corn on the Cobb was over cooked and also to much of the same seasoning that was on rice just tooo much seasoning, the fish was great. just one recommendation light on the seasoning.

I was craving some cajun food for a long time. This place popped up. Do not be fooled by the location and exterior, this place is a treasure. The seafood boil was amazing, easily fed all three of us. Crab was cooked wonderfully, easy to pull out of the shell, shrimp was perfect, as was the potatoes and corn. I have never had boiled eggs in a seafood boil before, but they were amazing. There is so much broth, that I should have ordered more rice. Honestly just the broth and rice is a treasure on it’s own.
The catfish was also great. Deep fried to perfection, and served traditionally over a slice of bread. The beans really hit the spot too.
