It’s been a while since we’ve had Pizza Hut — mainly because we don’t have one close to us in Ho‘opili — but tonight definitely reminded us why we love it so much!
We took advantage of the free large one-topping pizza offer and, of course, got our favorite stuffed crust. The jalapeños they use had the perfect spice and flavor — so good!
We ordered over the phone and picked up at the Mililani location. The service was great, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean. Overall, a solid experience and worth the drive!

We ordered hut lovers at 10:15pm and waited till 11:22pm we got a call from a Pizza Hut employee letting us know that another delivery guy had taken our pizza. So, they had a different person deliver our pizza who was through doordash. His name was Alain. They then, had to make a new pizza. In result, me and my family had to wait longer for our order to come through. The delivery guy got here at around 12pm, my daughter had answered the door and she had mentioned that the bag that the pizza was in, was on the floor. My daughter didn’t say anything to the delivery guy thinking it was nothing but once we had opened up the pizza, we found the toppings scattered all over the box and most of the pizza toppings were off. We didn’t get the chance to talk to the delivery guy because he had left in a hurry.

Picked up Cinnabon for husband’s grandkids for their after dinner snack. The rolls are small, but just right for the kids. (Texture/taste is not the same as the ‘real’ one.) The kids enjoyed them alot! Used my reward points which is great!

They over sauced my pizza, making my pizza overly salty. The topping was taken off of one slice and in between the two (2) pepperoni showing the sauce amount on both…the slice and in between pepperoni.

I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again! It costs me nearly $100 to feed my family and takes 2hr++ to arrive!! When I call the store to find out where our food is and why it is taking so long, they tell me… “if it hasn’t arrived in 15 minutes” to give them a call back. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!
