I’m incredibly grateful for this Kitchen and Fio! I’ve been getting food from them consistently for the last year, I have lost 15 pounds and feel amazing eating fresh food every week. The food is always delicious and I love the different flavors that they bring into the menu. My go-to are the salads (with always fantastic homemade dressings) for lunch every day and then hot meals for dinner. My absolute favorite thing is the bulk salmon because it’s delicious, cooked perfectly, and about the same I’d pay for buying it fresh. As an incredibly busy working mom, I am so thankful for my village of support and this local business helps me so much.

I’ve tried multiple meal prep companies and rippdbox is hands down the best that I have came across. They’re amazing and what I really love about rippdbox is how they make adjustments without compromising on the flavor. I don’t eat spicy foods and they easily accommodate that for me so that I can enjoy every meal without having to worry about the heat! Their ordering platform allows me to select meals and make adjustments that fit my low carb and high protein diet which has been the main reason that I am meeting my fitness goals while having a busy schedule. I have had the pleasure of using Fiorella’s meal prep services for the past 6 months and counting. I originally found Fio via a referral on a Facebook group. Since then, I’ve been ordering weekly for my wife and myself. The food style is latin fusion and the menu changes weekly with the flexibility to adjust to your needs. The meal prep is geared towards eating clean, eating lean, or supplementing your own meal prep style. I can tell you my experience is eating clean meals twice daily and skipping breakfast, which has helped greatly towards my weight loss. The calories listed on each dish along with the ingredients definitely is a plus point if you’re counting. Without Fiorella and her services, I’ll still be my old tubby self. The meals are flavorful, and well presented with fresh ingredients. Meal prep doesn’t have to be boring and bland! I challenge you to give it a try. You’re not locked to no membership fees or subscription long term fees, but instead given the flexibility to order whenever, or skip as needed to suit your schedule. I love this setup! The food is amazing! I’ve tried multiple meal prep services and love the fact it’s made fresh when delivered. You can taste the fresh ingredients and it’s just as amazing by the end of the week. The customer service has always been amazing. You have the option of picking up or getting it delivered to you. Usually, I get tired of same meals but they rotate the menu so you never get tired & you get to pick meals you like so it’s tailored to you. I tell everyone I know about this business!
