Positives, the store was clean, well sticked with boxes. The people were nice. Negatives, There was only 1 person making pizzas. They got my order All wrong, I ordered on the app. I got there and then had to waid an extra 15 min. No problem. The woman before me had her order wrong so they had to remake it. No problem. They remade my order 2 times, and got it wrong both times. I waited for 35 min and the young man said my pizza was in the oven. Then when i checked back 10 minutes later he said he couldn’t find my name. At this po8nt I have been there for 1 hr. They finally figured out what happened and on the third time making my order they almost messed it up again. Luckily I was watching the pizza maker and told them what was supposed to be on the pizza. They had about 8 workers and only 1 person making pizza. I waited 1 hour and 45 min for my pizza. There were 3 people who waited over 1 hr for their order. On top of that all I got for my wasted time was a thank you for your patience. I won’t be going there again.

This was once our favorite Papa John’s location. Unfortunately over the past couple of months service has been VERY slow! App never works. Says pizza is “ready” but you arrive just to wait up to 30 mins as “pizza is still in the oven.”. Aside from service, quality of the pizza has also went down. Does not look appetizing like before. Good also does not taste good. What happened?!

This location was once great but now it’s absolutely infuriating. For the last year or so it is hit or miss whether you will get your food at all and if so, in less than 1.5 to 2 (or more) hours. Tonight was the last straw. I placed an online order and after 30 min the pizza tracker said it was being boxed. And it stayed that way for the next hour. Did they chop a tree down, grind it into pulp, form a box, hand paint it with their logo, and only then consider putting my long since cooked and now cold pizza in it? After 1.5 hours I tried calling them, a frustrating habit i have developed since this happens so often with them. But now, you can’t even do that. The phone rings to a call center far, far away, who looks at the pizza tracker and cheerfully tells you that your pizza is being boxed . I asked for the local store number and they gave me the same number that just rerouted to the call center.
In frustration, I drove there. AT 2 HOURS IN, THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED MY PIZZA. They like to tell you how they are locally owned, but they are no longer a local store. The drivers are outsourced to delivery services and are sometimes kinda rude, and you can’t reach them locally to deal with customer service issues. So here I am writing this review because I just need to vent that once again, my family waited hours for dinner that never came. I’m done with papa johns.

Super disappointed with a $25 delivery today. I was outraged when I opened the box to see the cheese, sauce and toppings didn’t come within an inch of the crust edge. It was sloppily made. I drove back to the location and got a refund. I tipped the driver because he shouldn’t have to miss out. It was 102° today. I was trying to avoid going out but this was unacceptable. So unacceptable I drove the delivered pizza back to the store myself. I didn’t order crust. I ordered a pizza.

The pies barely had any toppings on them, and we couldn’t taste any pizza sauce on our pizza. We didn’t have good experience with this store before but decided to give it another try. How disappointing.

First I called in to place an order, was left on hold for close to 10 minutes. I then got tired of waiting, walked in and placed my order. After the 20 minute trip home, it was discovered that they put the wrong pizza in the box which had the correct label on it. I called to see if they can deliver the correct pizza to my house, the manager said NO. I said I guess I have to waste gas to go pick up an order that yall messed up. I asked at least to have the order ready by the time I got there. 20 minutes should be efficient enough time to have my CORRECT ORDER READY. Lo and Behold to my dismay I get to the store and these people haven’t even begun to make my food. After the additional 20 minute wait I get my food and the cheese is sliding off of the pizza. The whole experience was terrible, the manager didn’t even have the decency to stick around. No offer of apology or anything. Lets just say this experience has turned me off from other papa’s and it will definitely be my last. Its a shame these businesses want your money, but gives out BS customer service.

Ordered my pizza at 4:45 pizza didn’t get here until 6:30 I asked for a $5 dollar discount off of a $70 dollar order. The delivery driver didn’t even answer me . In the rudest manner he just turned away and started to walk. He didn’t even respond or try to call the store or anything

I placed an order and forgot a side dessert for one of my kids. I called and the lady on the phone was amazing. I could’ve sworn I left a previous review but I guess I didn’t going through them and I mistaken myself for another location. So here I find myself writing one. Thank you for your kindness and selflessness on Friday nights for single moms ordering last minute dinners and forgetting one of the kids order, you aren’t noticed!!!
