So I came in to this location the other night and was not able to order anything because they were closed and in my head I had a crappy experience. So I wanted to come back and give it another chance and I’m glad I did. My acai bowl was awesome, and the same guy that I had the crappy experience with on the previous night was working again and I’m glad he was. He initiated an apology and explanation as to what had happened without me even saying anything. I wasn’t even sure he remembered me. But he did, and he was good enough to make me feel heard, validated, and like I mattered as a customer. I too apologized because he deserved for me to do that. All in all tonight was a while different experience and I’m glad I came. Thanks Kevin!

The man in charge of the cash register has a terrible attitude and provides awful service. He doesn’t greet customers, speaks rudely, treats people with contempt, shows no courtesy whatsoever, and offers zero attention or friendliness. I definitely won’t be coming back here.

Happened in on this place, looking for a place to sit and chill for a few minutes. Bright cherry friendly, and my smoothie was excellent. Highly recommend this place have a great selection of food and smoothies and açai bowls.

good smoothies but i can’t understand all the hidden pricing on the app. it’s $1.49 for a piece of fruit, then it forces you to choose between apple or banana, and both options are an additional $1.25…so just set the price of the fruit as $2.74? the $1.49 is essentially a lie to get you to click on it and buy without noticing the extra dollar. it’s just weird and scammy like all that over a dollar? from a large corporation is like LOL

We went here last Thursday night (10/16/2025) to try it out. Hoping for a sweet treat! The person who took our order was talking on her phone through her earbuds in a different language. She came from behind us to get to the register. She NEVER spoke to us, just kept talking to the person on the phone. She used her hand to motion that she was waiting for us to order. I placed our order. And a couple of minutes later, she slammed our smoothies on the counter and walked back down the hallway that she came from. It was an awful experience! And the smoothies tasted bitter and overpriced. Will definitely tell everyone to STAY AWAY from this pathetic place.

Last 3 times I’ve been here I order online and all three times I don’t get protein in the smoothie. It’s not hard to miss when you taste it.

We ordered from here a couple weeks ago. The smoothies were extremely watered down and nobody wanted to finish them because they tasted pretty bland. The quesadilla had almost no cheese and tasted just like burnt tortilla so we had to make a new one at home for our kids. I wasn’t going to post anything on here but despite me requesting for them to remove me from their mailing list on every email they have sent for the past several weeks they still email me daily. Do not go here as their food is horrible and for sure do not sign up for emails as they will not let you unsubscribe.

If you have a sign that posted advertising a deal you need to honor that deal not tell your customers ” I that sign has been up since I started but we can’t or won’t honor that price. Sign advertising buy any food get a smoothie for ____ what ever the price was. I assume most customers don’t add up what the price should be they probably just pay the un discounted price with out thinking or knowing. But the Colorado Consumer Protections Act. Makes this unlawful.
