I’ve been going to Tropical Smoothie since they had their first store and they really lack consistency amongst their stores. I’ve been to this location two separate times to give it a fair chance and both times the Bulls were not filled all the way up and they had smooshed bananas and old blueberries This has to be the saddest Bowl I’ve ever gotten they charge you $14 for a bowl with a domed top and yet it doesn’t even get filled up to the edge of the cup let alone into the dome. Like you get at most other Tropical Smoothies they fill it all the way up and at this place I only had like five blueberries a quarter of a banana and then they still have the audacity to ask you to tip them. I got a smoothie and a bowl and I’m not even full but yet it cost me $24

The Mr. and I stopped in for a smoothie to enjoy with lunch, and it was such a good choice.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and friendly. We were greeted right away with cheerful energy, which always sets the tone for me.
I ordered the Avocolada, and it was delicious — creamy, smooth, and perfectly ice cold. It had that refreshing tropical flavor that makes you slow down and really enjoy each sip. The texture was just right — thick but still easy to drink.
The staff was polite and attentive, and the whole visit felt easy and pleasant.
Definitely a great stop if you’re in Royal Oak and want something refreshing and satisfying.

Place says it closes at 9pm but it actually will not service you after 830pm. Change your store hours so customers dont drive there and nothing be available OR pay your employees to clean up everything after the store closes. Dumb

I had a terrible experience with ordering on the app and being delivered by DoorDash. Long story short, the staff at the royal oak location went above and beyond to get me my food! They offered to refund me and remake my food, but the manager Kurtis was exceptional and offered to personally deliver my food to me while working at the hospital! He did not have to do that, he wouldn’t even accept a tip! They remade my food and smoothie to ensure it was fresh! It wasn’t their fault at all that DoorDash dropped the ball. The consumer service here was Amazing! Elliot was patient and kind and very helpful as well!
