We called in an order for a large pepperoni pizza & alpine sticks. Let me start by saying the girl who rang up our order was really nice & the place looked super clean. We hadn’t been here in years & remember the food being great, but something was off today. The Alpine Sticks were dry with barely any cheese & no alpine sauce & the pizza wasn’t very good at all. We remember the alpine sticks being saucy & cheesy and the best in the area but they were hard & dry. The ranch dressing is still awesome. Overall, the only good thing about the food was the ranch dressing. From the reviews, I’m almost convinced something must have happened today… short handed or somebody brand new cooking or something along those lines cause our experience was SO different than most of the reviews.

Stopped on our way home back to Kansas City and WOW!! The service was excellent and the pizza even better! The cheeseburger calzone was phenomenal!!! Will be back!

Wow!! Delicious pizza and salad bar. Super friendly staff and wonderful manager. Our first time here as we aren’t from AR and they took time to help us choose what to order. Definitely try if you’re in the area!

I go here because I love the pizza i grew up with and the owner is amazing, but when the cat’s away the mice will play, and you can expect horrible service when the boss isn’t there to keep them moving. Other than that, it’s a great place.

I was enjoying Thursday night karaoke at the Frozen Oasis in the same center as Simple Simon’s Pizza and I was getting hungry, so I ordered a pizza to eat while we were singing. (Frozen Oasis allowed us to bring it in.)
I’m glad I did. I have eaten at four other Simple Simon’s locations over the years and this one is the best of them. I can’t put my finger on exactly what, but they do something a little bit different that makes their pizza better than the others.
The staff was also friendly and efficient.

Pizza was doughy, the two fountain drinks I tried getting were both watered down and didn’t taste like it should at all, and the service was awful. Don’t recommend do better or shut it down.

What’s happened to this once amazing and oh so nostalgic pizza place?! This was our favorite for years now but this past year or so, every time I have ordered something’s been wrong or just terrible and extremely skimpy. I never see the owner in anymore when I pick up so I’m wondering if that’s why. The workers don’t care at all put little to no effort in making the food and even taking the orders when I call. Please get some better workers in this place and don’t let them run it down.
