So, my bf brought me here for the first time several weeks ago. I have fallen in love with ALL of your drinks. Your baristas are always friendly and make AMAZING drinks. I used to be a die hard Dutch Bros girl, but now I am a Hot Shots girl!! I almost always order some sort of coffee blended and I am still amazed that your drinks never get watered down!! Thank you for such amazing coffee and great customer service!! I will keep coming back because your coffees are AMAZING!!! I highly highly recommend you guys to every one!! I asked for a decaf London Fog. They said they could do that. Definitely not decaf!!!! This is not the first time I have received a caffeinated beverage from this place. I used to order 3 or 4 drinks a week. Then one a week. Then one a month or so. Now it will be none.
Having that much caffeine destroys my day. I am still nauseous. It will take hours to get it out of my body.
They are nice and polite, but if you can’t do caffeine, I recommend learning to make your own.
It is the same reason I quit going to other coffee places. So much for being able to treat myself while out and about.

Awesome selections and amazing service. I love how much hot shots is involved with the community. The ladies do an amazing job and serve their customers well! I’m never disappointed each time we visit and sometimes I make odd suggestions for beverages and each time they deliver. So if you come through Molalla be sure to stop by HotShots coffee!

My friends and I go here frequently. We love the young women who work there. They are very pleasant and make your coffees hot or cold just the way you order them. Friendly workers always smile they have a wonderful sense of humor. They also have treats for your dog(s). Puppuccino and mini dog biscuits shaped like little bones. They make the best cold coffees with lots of whipping cream and whatever flavor of syrup. Reasonable prices also. Come check them out!

I cannot say enough good things about this coffee shop! I’m sensitive to flavors of warm drinks so I tend to get iced coffee wherever I go (HotShots is excellent at iced coffee). However, I forgot to order iced today and the hot mocha was superb! 10/10. It was the first time I could actually finish a warm coffee from any coffee shop. They have always been so kind and patient, and they were super sweet to my dog. I love coming here, and I will be sure to get more hot drinks here! Thanks so much for your service!
