Been waiting 40 minutes to get a foot long sub. 10 people walked out and left. Then they stopped to do a mobile order of 4 sandwiches when it was our turn to order. I left to go get my food from another location while my daughter was in line and still had to come back and wait!!!! They didn’t know how to key in a coupon or use a gift card. Absolutely horrible and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Haven’t been to this location in a while due to prior bad customer service. Came back this evening 8.1.2025 at 830 and the the employee very loudly greeted me with “we’re out of Italian herb and cheese bread and the toaster is down”
I asked how the toaster was down and she plainly stated that she turned it off at 8pm because they close at 9pm after turning around to leave she continues to speak rudely about other customers.
I use to work at a subway and this would have never happened. It takes 1 minute to shut the toaster down there’s no reason to do it an hour early. Woefully embarrassed for this store owner. Its no wonder this franchise is going down the drain

This store is disgusting. Arrived about 45 mins after opening and they were not ready, still had to count the register. So went to the restroom and it was dirty, TP allover the floor no paper towels, shouldn’t that have been done at close the night before?
The cookie shelf is being filled but it’s full of crumbs from previous days and in the food line you can see old crusty brown lettuce stuck to the sides of the containers, so who knows how old it is and how long it’s been since that containers been cleaned and what else is like that since you cant even see the meats and cheeses anymore.
Never going back, cant trust anything in this store is fresh.

This subway is always clean and the day time girls are the best. The manager is awesome. I didn’t even know she was the manager at first. She works just as hard as the other workers. hopefully they keep her at this subway.

Service was great but my God the food! They had zero veggies , the lettuce was just aweful but they had a lot of it for a reason because I know wouldn’t eat it. The bread was undercooked, could even taste the raw dough within the sandwich. Overall, the only thing good was the sweet gentleman employed here who has been working hard but the store is grossly understaffed. I was almost afraid to eat the meat because I wondered with such poor prep with the veggies and by the way the lettuce looked I felt it may be dangerous.

I Always love Subway sandwiches.
Today just a few minutes ago we were in picayune at the Hwy 11 store ordering for a sick friend. The redhead lady was very rude to my husband and also to me.
Even slaming pans around when Iim added another 6″ after she got to the register and asked me if I needed anything else. She said she had a migraine.

Absolutely the worst subway we’ve ever been to (just read the reviews below!). What happened to SW?!? It used to be Always hot & fresh? And a foot long sandwich (that’s mostly vegetables) is now around $12. (?) The meats are full of fat and gristle, the bread is so stale… IDK probably on our list of fast food to avoid from now on.

The second time we’ve walked out in 2 weeks. Not ever going to this subway again until the red head girl that works at night is fired. She is the most rude person i’ve ever seen at a business. Was yelling at an old man tonight because he didn’t hear what she said one time. So we walked out. Again. Next time we pass we will see if that girl is gone.

Placed an online order. Was told a time to pick up and that order would be ready. Got there 2 mins after time stated. Had to wait 14 minutes to even be acknowledged then another 29 minutes to have them prepare and serve me my order. And there was only 2 customers there in the store at this time. Then after we got order got home the order was totally wrong. One foot long was not what we ordered at all. It was ordered as Chicken and was served beef. Then was charged to add guacamole and cheese and neither was put on the sandwich. Second foot long was just meat cheese not any of the veggies we ordered on the sub. Ordered a dozen cookies and they are usually our families favorite, but these were overcooked, dark brown and crunchy not soft and fresh like they normally are. And it was at noon not late at night. So they should have been fresh. The girl that served us was not very customer service friendly at all and was really quiet rude. Not just to me but the other 2 customers in the store. The only good thing I can say is she just changed her gloves between customers. But all in All the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Subway. Awful. Will not go back to this restaurant.
